Oh well now it makes more sense. I thought you were in the USA.
Yes this why I am not there, and also why my mom didnt go right away my dad wanted her to wait until after he was out of the hospital.
He is doing a lot better now that my mom took over, she is hand feeding him and he is eating now. Glad he is having a eating dirsoder like my sister was suggesting lol... I mean he never has been that way before. Anyways They are taking him to my sisters friday.
Just have to figure out this E coli stuff and pray his bones and everything supernatural heal completely so he can have normal function.

will be praying too
Thank you! I spoke to my mom today about getting the oil of oregano, she deffanitly wants to try it My sister is extremly afraid to take him off the anti biotics. I wonder do you think he could do both at the same time? Also any ideas on how much he should take?

I am praying that he makes a full recovvery and that his bones heal from any potential E coli damage that could have been done and that the E coli goes away from the surgical site.. I had a little crisis of faith last night after talking to my sister, But I prayed a lot today and I am back to having faith again and I am fully confident that God is going to heal my dad now. Thank you everyone for praying!

Maybe you could impress upon your sister that her ,your, dad would make an effort if he was moved to a loving member of the family home.

My dad was in John Hopkins hospital in Baltimore Maryland.
We lived in a Florida at the time.

We flew home to see him. I didn't even recognize him because he was so gaunt.
He begged me to take him with me.

They'll beat me after you leave!

:( He's been dead for over 20 years and writing this leads me to again feel the regret that I didn't bring him home.

My husband said he was likely hallucinating due to his meds. But I noticed while he was talking about that one of the nurses came into his room.

We left a little later.

Next day Mom calls.
Dad was in surgery.

Turns out the nurse who overheard Dad came in after we left so to give him his sponge bath.

Then, rather than put the bedrails back in place so he'd be secure she left his bedrails down.

In the middle of the night he'd supposedly rolled over and off the bed.

He broke his hip on impact with the floor.

He laid there allllll night. Which tells you they never checked on him for 10 hours till next morning!

They had the nerve to bill his insurance for the surgery on his hip!

I called the insurance company,BC&BS, and told them what happened after we got their statement asking for the deductable. After they'd already paid the hospital.
It's insurance fraud!

They said they'd pursue a case. But we had to pay the full bill back to the insurance company first!

So many things to regret back then.Like not getting an attorney.

Don't live with that yourself.

Get your dad out of that place!

Ask your sister how she'll feel if her excuse for closing his option to go to her home is something she can live with if he dies in the hospital?

Because it sounds like they're trying to kill your dad!

No health expert puts a man in his condition on an exercise bike in hospital.

That lawyer I suggest you get can help you to get him out of there. And make them take better care of him in the interim.

Because you've got one hell of a malpractice suit ahead of you already due to what he's already suffered.

There's a way to insure you don't live with regret. Do something!

If I could go back in time, my dad would have left JH if I had to carry him on my back!

John Hopkins was back then listed as the #1 hospital in America. I don't know about now.

It was a misnomer! They were never #1 due to patient care.

They were ranked #1 because of their medical research!

They let the public think that rank was due to the former, patient care, because that false rep made them a fortune.

*Hugs

Maybe that water pouring in your dad's closet is a sign from Heaven.

Save your dad now! Or,you'll be living in a flood of tears later.

My mom thankfually was able to get him to eat by feeding him. My sister and the nurses kept telling her not to do that saying his somtache is to small and that he will throw up and open his chest, but she ingored them and he ate a lot better and wasnt refusing anything.... So thats been a big part of the issue he was just to tierd and needing some one to feed him. Anyways so since my mom was able to get him to eat my sister said she feels better about him coming to her place now. So the plan is friday to drive him back to Boise. Deffanitly the water leak felt wierd I for sure prayed more after seeing that.

Dad was in surgery.
Wow..... I am so so very sorry for what happened with your dad that is so absolutely evil in everyway. That is heartbreaking. I am so sory that happened to you and your dad. Truly evil... I cant believe the amount of stories out there are like this.
Did your dad die shortly after the surgery?
I am going to pray for you, what you went through is so traumatic and I cant even begin to imagine the pain you feel and as you said regreat also. I dont want you to have to carry that the rest of your life. So I am going to be praying God does a miraclee in you and heals you even if it means giving you a dream of your dad in heaven, whatever it takes.
Heavenly Father, I ask that you come over blessed peace, with your Blessed Peace. You know all the hurt and trauma thats been endured, you know the regreat and remorse thats been felt and you know the evil that was done. I ask that you bring healing to her and just touch her heart and mind and pour out your love upon her. Please touch and heal that place of pain in her and bring restoration. Please even if it means seeing her dad in heaven, or shaking heaven and earth, I ask that you do whatever it takes to help her feel free of this awful trauma she went through. I thank you Heavenly Father that you love her, see her, and know her. You know what she needs to hear and see to be healed of this and I ask that that be done in Yashua Mighty Name. Please bless her and keep her and pour out your Holy Spirit upon her for she has been a great help to me and a kind friend in my time of need, and I ask you do the same for her now in Yashua Name.

Because it sounds like they're trying to kill your dad!

Yes it is all very odd for sure I cant understand at all why they would do that. My sister keeps defending it saying if you dont use your muscles you loose them and that is why they put him on the bike.
Several weeks ago before my mom went down there, she woke up and in her mind she saw my dad in the hopsital on a ventilator and he had died. She didnt worry about it much because she knew there was no reason to do that. She told me about this, and then within a couple hours my sister called and she said that a differnt doctor had spoken to my dad and said if you are feeling to tierd to move and walk around you could be put on a ventilator and it will do the work for you.........
Absolutely shocking.... This happen the exact same day.... My sister didnt totally believe her, my dad was thinking about it but my mom told him how if he goes on that machine you arent getting off so you better do your last prayers. We both prayed a lot and thankfually he didnt do that.
Obviously a warning from God.
But thats another example of what this hopsital is up to. I guess my sister said that doctor was just one that traveled around to differnt hospitsl recommending things so he hasnt been back since.
Still scary stuff.

That lawyer I suggest you get can help you to get him out of there. And make them take better care of him in the interim.

Yeah I am deffanitly thinking about calling, I am thinking about waiting until after he is gone though since I dont want to rock the boat and now that my mom is there it helps a lot. Though I think I am going to tell her maybe she should spend the last night with him at the hospital. They plan to get him out friday I am hoping and praying it will all go smoothly. I still might call one though because of all thats happened. I guess I would need to get the medical documets some how that shows everything that went on.
Thank you again for all your help, support, and advice truly its been such a huge blessing. Your username deffanitly rings true.

So tomorrow my dad is being taken out of the hospital I am very excited.
Today a complete answer to prayer happened. As some of you know the name of the Outreach and ministry we are starting is called Terra Firma. Which means solid ground.
When I was having the special time prayer I prayed for my dad to be strong, and that God lift him up and that everyone will know its God who is his healer. I prayed God would speak to him in a special way and that he would be solid and un shakable as Terra Firma will be.

Today my mom told me somthing that was very special. My dad was practicing trying to get into the car for tomorrow.
As my mom was watching him he went to stand up from his bed and he couldnt do it all all, he tried and just couldnt get off the bed. When he tried for the second time he got a differnt look on his face and he suddenly rose to his feet with what my mom called a tangible power that saturated the entire room.
My mom asked my dad what happened and he said after I tried to stand up and couldnt, I felt the Holy Spirit remind me that I am grafted in and am of the Tribe of Judah and suddenly I had this power and strength to stand. She told me that my dad seemed so solid. Just like my prayer...
This was really special and my mom was almost crying when she was sharing it, truly a act of God.
I know God is healing my dad and I am so blessed my mom got to witness a miracle right in front of her and that she felt the power of God lift my dad to his feet when he remmembered where he came from.
The Lion of Judah has roared!! Amos 3.8

Thank you everyone for praying and being apart of this ongoing miracle that we all getting to see and hear about.
Truly God is our healer

Hello everyone so on friday my dad did make it out of the hospital, he had to go in a wheelchair because he was to week to walk which was to bad but he did make it out! Once at my sisters house they carried him up the stairs to her place
So Thank God he is out of there!

I know a few of you had reccomendations on some alternitves he could be on I really need some prayer for wisdom on his medications and what to do.
My mom said my dad is pretty stressed out and is having a lot of nervious issues. Three months ago my dad was working int he hard and doing a lot of physical work so this is a huge shift for him.

I am really concerned about the medications he is on and prafually trying to figure out what to do
They say he has E coli infection around the surgery site and in his bones.
Right before he left the hospital they added another anti biotic they said he needs to take
I would really appreciate prayers about what he should and shouldnt be taking.
They had him on a lot more things at the hospital but Here is the at home list.
1. Pantoprazole 40 mg It seems to be to help with stomache acids? I dont know why he was is on this one.
2.Methocarbamol aka Robaxin 500mg 4 times a day. It sounds like its a muscle relaxer.
3. Metoprolol Tartrate aka Lopressor 2 times a day 12.5 mg. My dad and our whole family normally suffers with very low blood pressure and hypoglycemia so idk if this is good...
4. Mirtazapine aka Remeron 15mg at bed time. Ok they added this before he left hospital looks like a anti antidepressant
5. C-FLOX
6.Levofloxacin

5.A push IV called ceftriaxone 2g 20 ml 5 mins

So since yesterday my mom is has started only giving him the following 3 things.
I am really praying about what we should do prayers and suggestions appreciated.
1. The push IV Ceftriazone
2. Levofloxacin
3. Metoprolo Tatrate

Blessings in Christ Jesus Sparrow. I modified one of my post so that you may see something. When I had my heart attack in 2020 I ask The Lord what He wanted me to do. He wanted me to "Rest". So it is for your Dad for awhile, even when it goes against what he might want. I was impressed with your prayer. It cover all the areas that needed addressed. With me, the doctors proscribe, but it is the Lord that corrects their mistakes. It is a shame that you are not there as you could be led(My sheep hear my voice) what to take and what not to take. There is a teaching in all of this for you so that your faith will grow. We all need that. When The Lord(Jesus) intervenes in a matter, which He has done, many times, He does more than what is obvious. I hope these words help a bit. Blessings!

Hello thank you for the responce, yes he is out of the hospital praise God! Yes I must have gotten you mixed up with another member I know there was some one on here who also had a valve surgery who commented on this post I will have to go through and see who that was. Thank you for looking up those medications, ugh its amazing what intense stuff they had them on. My mom wasnt there in the begining otherwise she would have said a no to this stuff. Thankfually now he is only on 3 things, but my and I are trying to figure out if he should even be on those. its a bit scary because of the E coli in the bones and flesh where he had surgery... If that spread to his heart obviously that would be horrendious. These are what he is on as of now.

1. The push IV Ceftriazone
2. Levofloxacin
3. Metoprolo Tatrate

Thank you for sharing more of your testimony, I do appreciate it and yes my dad will have to learn to rest he doesnt have any choice now. He is one of those people who wont let you carry anything etc. So this is going to be very difficult for him. Yes it is hard that im not there, but I know I have to be here now to watch the christian community center we are trying to start. It would be really stressfull on everyone if no one was here to watch the property. Its hard being another country away but I do know God is with Him and my mom is very sensitive to the Holy Spirit so I am praying for her to have wisdom on how to care for him. I do want my faith to grow it says in the bible we are given a measure of faith, but when I had that intense time of prayer for my dad I ask The Heavenly Father for a new measure of Faith as I really want Faith to believe for anything.
I "know" with God all things are possible. However, I want to live and breath that, not just know.

I have a question for you. In the future, would an evangelist or a prophet that is passing through the land find rest(a room) at the place you are preparing. You need not answer but it is something to consider. Some times what we are searching for arrives at a time we least expect. I share what I have been given so no they are not my thoughts and when I am out in the world I speak as He would have me speak. The days of man are numbered by The Lord. It matters not what doctors say or the circumstances, or even what it looks like. Have a Blessed night and thank you for the update.

Yes indeed God does know the number of our days. Even with Hezekiah God already knew before Hezekiah asked for more time, how many days he was going to live. That is true about things arriving when you least expect it, im curious about what that could be refering to sounds exciting either way.

Thank you for the question. Yes the Terra Firma we are preparing I believe is meant to be a refuge and a place of rest for anyone the Heavenly Father brings to us. I would be greatly blessed if some one like that was passing through the land and wanted to rest at the place God has instructed us to prepare.

Blessings in Christ Jesus Sparrow. I need not say more as I know you understand the words, as I perceived The Holy Spirit in your words. That is a rare on these boards. I hope you were encouraged in this interaction. Some times the words I bring do not make sense, but then later they are understood. Have a Blessed night!
