Correct. You did say He is one of the people who who understands teh full truth of the gospel. I would call that and preeminent bible scholar kissing cousins at the least.
So what is wrong with agreeing with somebody with similar/same beliefs? What he says is in line with what I believe. So kissing cousins we're not but brother and sister in Christ we are.

But if your fooundation for many of your beliefs is wrong than you are building a shoddy building.

Who says they are wrong. These beliefs have been planted in me for over 46 years. Every church I've visited and both church fellowships I've belonged laid the same foundations and i stand on that rock who is Jesus.

I have noticed that people from the USA have a whole raft of very different beliefs so no wonder there is so much dissention. But I will not, I will not be moved. I do occasionally ask God to show me if I'm wrong in my beliefs but so far he has only strengthened them. Right at the beginning of my Christian life as a new born believer he gave me a prophesy which he has since confirmed. I have blessed assurance, Jesus is mine and I am his.

JUst because you have belonged to a church for so long does not make it right. Rightley dividing Scripture makes a belief right.

So I can be right. Every Christian book I ever read, every Christian preacher I ever heard and both churches I've belonged to taught the same beliefs. So if I'm wrong then so were all those people that taught me - right from when I was ten years old.

Why do you keep telling me I am wrong. Perhaps you are the one who is. think on that.

If you believe that you have been living a sinlessly perfect life in thought word and deed for X number of years, and that you are now incapable of sin, you are wrong.

If you believe like behold does that if you ever sin once in the future you were never saved you are wrong! The bible makes it clear.

Maybe yo kept to a certain belief system in choosing yoour reading material.

All of us are wrong in some areas. The Catholic church has taught the same beliefs for hundreds of years. Does that make them right? All their authors write the same stuff, does that make them right?

I believe I am 100% right in all thigns I believe. Does that make me 100% right? probably not, but I am willing to search the scriptures if one brings a somewhat sound biblical argument.

I never said that.

I don't believe that.

No, my reading material was general Christian stuff - testimonies and the like - not some stuff that had been fed me.

Maybe that's true, but I left my first fellowship because some of its teaching didn't tally with the bible.

I never said that either. But for a man who says he is a Christian it's amazing how our beliefs differ. But my beliefs don't differ so much from those of @Behold.

Calvin and the evolution of Calvinism, that is "Tulip" and "Hyper Calvinsim< is not "bible".. .its THEIR = wrongly dividing the word.

See, once you become involved with Calvin's "bewitching", then you become....>"Calvin said".. "Calvin teaches"... "Here is what Calvin said about it'. "are you a Calvinist or are you a"..

A.) Its ALL about Calvin...

And "Calvinism" is not in the NT., but when you talk to people who are of the 5-Points, they are so deceived by it, that for them, its "the bible".

Its not.

God is not a Calvinist.
The NT does not teach Calvinism.
Calvinist bend the bible to teach it., because they are deceived by it.

Calvin redefined "foreknowledge", as "pre-destined" and that is the issue... and Once He dug that mental hole for Himself...., then this turned into ... "the Cross is Predestined'.. "Salvation is predestined"... "Going to Hell is predestined"...."God predestines you to get sick and suffer and die"....

Just how theologically insane is Calvinism?

It teaches that God predestined the Fall of Adam., and Reader, that is clearly teaching THIS = theological insanity... "God told Adam not to Sin, (not to eat the forbidden fruit)...., because God had predestined Him to eat it".

That is CRAZY.... There is no other word for it, and i use the term "Theological Insanity", as Calvinism is HIS Theology, that HE Created, that is demonic.

It is a "doctrine of devils"... Hebrews 13:9

You implied it when you said Behold knows the bible well.

Good that you disbelieve what behold is preaching.

Well as now I am not sure what you believe, I can't know what it is all about.

Being a Christian simply means one has placed their trust in the death and physical resurrection of Jesus for their sins. What we believe comes from what we are taught and educated in how to understand the bioble.

This is all just material from a blowhard.

You refuse to defend biblically why you think the "five points of Calvinism" are demonic. I am becoming more convinced you cannot for they are biblical and all you choose to do is rant and pout like a petualnt child.

Calvin is the BlowHard.

His entire theology is "Calvin Created"... not Paul Created or God created.

He produces people like you, who are owned by his Theology.

You refuse to defend biblically why you think the "five points of Calvinism" are demonic.

They reject God's Grace, or they deny the Cross.

Ive explained this numerous times......in different posts.

See, all of Calvin's "points" are built to deny the Cross, by teaching that God pre-destines what He does not pre-destine.

Namely. "being born again".

In "Calvin world", you are only dealing with "elect-pre-destined", and He created a Theology that tries to bend the bible to only teach, those.... as Christians.

Thats a "doctrine of devils".

the member didnt 'imply that".

You did.

The member understands something...

= There are belief systems that create a false believer, teacher, church, denomination..., and there is A SINGLE belief systems that creates a True Believer and True Theology.

The Devil through Calvin, creates deceivers.

The Holy Spirit, through Paul, creates True Believers.

The member understands who is creating the false .....and who is created BY a false theology..., and they understand what makes a True Christian and theology that is TRUE.

And other then that....... all the small points where 2 believers might not connect, absolutely.......are basically insignificant, theologically speaking.

Other than your bloviating- you have failed utterly to prove that.

Sorry but your opinions count very little as they are all directed towards ad-hominems and straw men.

Well as you publicly declared on another thread, if someone sins after supposedly trusting in Jesus, they were never saved to begin with. That is very significant theologically speaking.

Calvin teaches that God's foreknowledge is "pre-destination".

And from that misunderstanding, Calvin's Theology, then predestined what isn't.
