I don't hate you because I critique your views. So you are sensitive, going through life with this delusion and self conscious threat that if people disagree with you, "people be hating".
It’s not that you critique my view. It’s just you do not really properly understand it. You claim it’s because I’m sensitive and a sissy which is why I do not have the desire to debate you. People are hating of differing views. It’s also for me to point out, you do not fully understand or know what I believe or why I believe the way that I do. It’s unfruitful to waste time in debates where no one is going to change their mind. I don’t mind you disagreeing. People have been harping and hating (poking, prodding) just a little bit on me lately, perhaps not you personally because I have not seen you around all that often but it’s good to see you. Sometimes when reading post it just the same rhetoric, and name calling, wiggle waffle bullhockey, I just do not desire to go through.

Then much of the Bible concerning death, destruction, perishing, Hades, the Lake of Fire, judgment, wrath, outer darkness, etc., would not be there.
Death is overcame. Destruction and ruin came upon Israel. Judgement of those in, hell, and the brazen sea, came out and where judged. Hell and Death were done away with, into the lake of fire, and so was the devil, his (chained in darkness) angels, the false prophet, and the beast, into the eternal fire of God and done away with. Wrath was taken out of Israel as the judgement upon them for killing the Son of God. Those mentions are won over by the Lord Jesus Christ, and no one else.
Jesus was very serious about the consequences of sin and IF you do not believe in Him.
It’s a cost for separation from Yahavah. It’s understandable, and made plain across the good news. The great news is, there is a kingdom now sat up, and people go into it being with Yahavah and the Lamb, but there is also an outside which the 12 gates around the kingdom never close out. And to me, maybe there is hope for those one the outside.
It is Life fornthose who believe and DEATH for those who don't. And at your physical death, your fate is sealed, * from our point of view.
From my belief its instant with your judgement and resurrection.
There are three resurrections,
The resurrection of condemnation,
The resurrection of life,
The resurrection that is better than the normal.
From God's point of view, He knew your destiny when He wrote your name in the Book of Life, before the foundation of the world.
I really do not believe that I am totally concerned with my name being written in the book of life; for some reason I believe that is pertaining to those who were of the 12 tribes, I am not so sure my name was included before the founding of the world but I am sure that Yahavah is a good God and he will judge right, just, considering, and will resurrect all giving all differing glories upon how Yahavah chooses to do so by giving you your new spiritually body after this life. I don’t worry or even think about my name being in the book of life. My outlook is to continue to believe and having faith worshiping Yahavah in spirit and in truth. To love God first with all my heart, my mind, my will, and my strength and to love other people as myself and to be looked at strangely for some of my beliefs which are nothing new.
I don’t believe in universalism.
That is true. We need to examine the scriptures, test what everyone says and we do.
Examine oneself and check and see you are being faithful towards Yahavah and are reacting by the Holy Spirit in love and mindfulness of the other individual.
However, some folks disregard age-lasting judgment, ( as in death), the Lake of Fire and only choose to receive the pleasant stuff, love, heaven, salvation witha cherry on top.
Not sure what this is pertaining to. Death was conquered over. All people will rise because of the Lord Jesus. The Lake of fire, is Fire that comes from Yahavah, in front of the Lamb and the angels. There are people who have a part in that fire but it’s not forever. It’s only a portion they are given within it, does not ever say the people who went into the lake of fire were there forever and ever.
The hope is to be able to go to be with the family of believers in the Heavenly Jerusalem which is what all people who believe in the death burial and resurrection, have hope not only for themselves but for their lost loved ones whom have passed away here. There is hope in overcoming the bondage of sin, and live more in the spirit than the flesh itself and the old man pitting it in the grave with Jesus and rising again with him.
It is wonderful.
But it begs the question: What are we saved from if not death?
All on behalf of Jesus Christ, all are now today saved from “Gods wrath which was apart of the great tribulation; for the generation which was spoke of by Jesus came to an abrupt ending.” All today have had their sins paid for. Jesus either or did not take away the sins of the world. All today are saved from Death, all will be risen because of Jesus. All are saved from Hell, Satan, the grave.
With this all people are saved from hell, Satan, the grave, Gods wrath (the cup has been poured out, on Israel in 70Ad).
Not everyone though is saved to the Kingdom : which is of course is by faith.
Death is the final, utter destruction of the individual, the opposite of life.
Death. It comes and no one comes back afterwards any more. You can cause death to one soul by feeding it junk and garbage. That is why the renewing of the mind is needed and the mind of Christ. Jesus overcame Death, and Hades and Death are done away with now.
But You and people like Shawn ( Universalists) are redefining the definition.
Shawn is not a universalist. I’m not a universalist. There is only way to the Father and that is through Christ Jesus.
That makes Jesus into a liar, because He gave us an either or outcome, believe in Him and this will will happen, disbelieve and that will happen.
Not sure he was talking directly to you Ronald.
I think He was cut and dry.
WE ARE SAVED FROM THE WAGES OF SIN = DEATH.
Jesus paid that Death. One’s on sins can destroy one’s own soul. Be careful. They are taken care of and paid for ; when one chooses to do with knowledge of how humiliating it was to see Yeshua suffer and be beat and not desire to go through with dying. He did so. Not an easy feature me to say “hey I’ll go die for you.”
Sounds like a sign that maybe you should steer away from Shawn, scrap just some of your views and join an orthodox Bible study.
Not interested. While you may be part of orthodox Bible study and I can respect that, right now just not interested in learning what they believe. The best Bible study in my opinion is one where you go chapter by chapter and verse by verse and give your audience and introducing the course material in a introductory will also help, because it’s just great information as long you can continue to help people grow, and most of all grow in spirit and in faith, and in knowledge if possible, to continue to encourage.
There you go again. There is no hate or condemnation in my posts. You believe that Jesus died for your sins and rose on the third day, right. You just need correction.
My apologies, I did not read the entire post. Yahavah will correct me by the spirit, to be able to love, properly.
People follow false teachers.
Sure, there are false teachers that you become their slave become one their cult. Where there is no freedom in the spirit but only bondage to man. The only one to follow is Yeshua, and to pray and call out to the Father in heaven and to never believe or listen to men; you can hear them out but only consider what is said and search it out for oneself. That’s some encouragement.
It doesn't mean they are damned, just maybe ineffective in their service to God. Shawn misled you and you intern might mislead a new believer.
I disagree, and that person you mention is just someone I would consider a friend. People shouldn’t be worried about person affecting any believer, if one is going to go on their feelings. When it come down to the brass tax: to some degree or another one can’t have their “feelings” in a commandment to love God first… it’s not I don’t feel like it today, it’s to love God first, always putting him first.
This is one Bible verse specially written to you!
But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, ‘Raca!’ shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, ‘You fool!’ shall be in danger of hell fire. Matt. 5:22
I think we are done here.
Maybe I went too far.
