DB, you blaspheme the Savior by accusing Him of having drunk booze - because I've shown you repeatedly that "new wine" is grape juice, according to "new wine that is in the cluster" which refers to the juice of unfermented grapes hanging on a vine. As, as I have shown you - Jesus also ate food and drank booze (Matthew 11:18,19).
He just wasn't a glutton or a drunkard
And I have clearly shown you that the Holy Spirit doesn’t condemn drinking that doesn’t lead to drunkenness (Psalm 10:14-15, 1Tim. 5:23).
I know you’d rather adhere to the insane rants of your goddess, E.G. White – but the Word of God and science prove that the “wine” spoken of in Scripture contained ALCOHOL.
And as I also educated you – grape juice doesn’t remain grape juice for days at a time in a desert region like Israel. It wasn‘t until 1925 when the Welch’s Juice company invented the process of stopping the fermentation process in grape juice.
Unrefrigerated grape juice begins to ferment the minute it is squeezed.
Do your homework, Einstein . .
Also, Solomon forbids us booze, and recommends it to the "perishing" - which can only refer to the lost.
Also, Jesus wouldn't forbid it in OT then contradict Himself by creating gallons of it in the NT.
Also, there was no Last Supper booze - all fermentation products were expelled from the camp at Passover.
Also, unfermented "wine" for intestinal ailments contains medicinal properties without the alcohol.
You'd think a church that has to set up institutions of recovery for booze addicted nuns and priests would figure all this out, but you guys can't even gain a proper position on the truth of salvation by grace through faith alone, so...
