Just woke up and I feel good. The in-laws missed little baby so they took her for the night again. Now its almost time for me to take her back. It does help that they live across the street.

Today The Lionesses ( women’s football team ) are playing in the World Cup final in Australia - first English team to make it that far since 1966.
We are playing Spain ……so everyone is football mad here , the match starts in about an hours time !!!!!!

It's raining this morning. and I'm off to the Sallies. Looking forward to it but heard that the music is atrocious so I'm gonna to go late. Hope the worship is over before I get there! Not being mean or anything but I have been a worship leader for 3 decades and well....

I am feeling bad x 2 days now b/p out of wack, HR also unstable. Generalized weakness with shortness of breath on small events of movement. Days and nights even dates in a jumble in regards to sleep pattern. I'm thankful to only have minimal low back and flank pain related to chronic sciatica.

Hope you level out LAMB, thank goodness it is only low back and flank pain, can you do exercises to allivate those pains? I normally take ibprophen but it may not be good for your blood pressure to take as it tends to thin it out.

Hope you get feeling better! I say some prayers.

I visited with family yesterday, we went to lunch at the Olive Garden. I had the chicken alfredo. It was to celebrate my sisters birthday.

Wow glad I moved out of San Diego, they've got a tropical storm moving in from Mexico at the moment. I'm not a fan of weather events. I get nervous when the winds hit 25 mph here. Which is once a year. Knock on wood :)

I look at my baby and can hardly believe such a sweet being came from me. Her existence is much bigger than me, though. She has her own purpose from God. She has her own soul. She's not really mine. She came from the Lord. She belongs to Him.

Thanks. The trip was ok but I really liked the vinegrette salad I ate. It was better to go than to stay at home but I didn't feel we walked a lot, that was the problem. I really needed the exercise.

Sorry to hear. I have been feeling bad for about 2 weeks now. I'm scared. I want to make an appointment with my doctor and exercise.

Feeling a bit rebellious. The best way I can do that without doing anything too bad is to just focus on baby and skip the chores for a few more hours. She loves to fall asleep on me so I think Ill just let her and listen to music.
