Actually you are the one engaging in a strawman fallacy here. You know that the discriminaton being discussed is the prejudicial or disadvantageous treatment of an individual based on his or her membership - or perceived membership - in of a minority and not the recognition and understanding of the difference between one thing and another.No. Discernment is understanding. Discrimination is a much finer point.
