big·ot

noun
noun: bigot; plural noun: bigots
  1. a person who is obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction, especially one who is prejudiced against or antagonistic toward a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group.
"don't let a few small-minded bigots destroy the good image of the city"

Neither can we allow small minded bigots who call themselves believers to destroy the image of the gospel and the call to ALL PEOPLE to be reconciled to God who loves them.
What is the purpose of a mirror according to James ?

Do you own a mirror ?

That will help you define your word .

Still projecting ?

This is Catholic dogma...not the truth of the matter. You make this sound "New Age."

We do not apply any sacrifice to ourselves. Jesus Christ is the lamb of God...not our Lamb. We do no applying His sacrifice to ourselves. That is self-righteousness at work.

So then it sounds like your practice is just one more opportunity for you to justify yourself based on your beliefs.

We are, rather, to remember Jesus in the Passover. When we partake of Communion we are to discern the Body. It is when people are actually spiritual in Christ that Jesus is present in the commemoration. All partake of One life and One Spirit.

In an ordinary gathering of modern believers there's no penalty based on holiness...since there is no holiness, or presence of God to transgress. Until people take the higher walk seriously...they will play in puddles and call that what they read about in the bible.
It's just a manner of speaking. When "WE" eat His body and drink His blood....we are partaking of His sacrifice/altar. And "WE" are doing this of our own free will. As the scripture says:

For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.
Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?

Catholicism teaches transubstantiation. But I am only talking about it being by proxy....the bread standing in for His body and the wine standing in for His blood....as JESUS ordained it.

Discerning His body....correct, and that is what I have been explicitly saying. Maybe you haven't read all my recent posts.

...only to the carnal. But to those who have faith...it is a glorious blessing.

Religion prefers you to be isolated, brainwashed, in an echo chamber of mindless agreement and constant authoritarian rule. Religion loves control and hates authenticity, questions, uncertainty, vulnerability, healthy debate, and messy human relationships.

I never said that. I said that the holiness penalties of sickness and death for NOT discerning the Body only happens when there is holiness present in the people.

That's why it's important to "discern" the Body. People are SO used to shallow religion they wouldn't know holiness if it came up and bit them. But there is a penalty to have communion with real saints...and act like people do here. Playing in puddles does not prepare you for a voyage on the high seas.

hupokrités: one who answers, an actor, a hypocrite

Original Word: ὑποκριτής, οῦ, ὁ
Part of Speech: Noun, Masculine
Transliteration: hupokrités
Phonetic Spelling: (hoop-ok-ree-tace')
Definition: one who answers, an actor, a hypocrite
Usage: (lit: a stage-player), a hypocrite, dissembler, pretender.

HELPS Word-studies
5273 hypokritḗs (a masculine noun derived from 5259 /hypó, "under" and 2919 /krínō, "judge") – properly, a judging under, like a performer acting under a mask (i.e. a theater-actor); (figuratively) a two-faced person; a "hypocrite," whose profession does not match their practice – i.e. someone who "says one thing but does another."

[5273 (hypokritḗs) was commonly used of actors on the Greek stage. When applied in the NT, it refers to a hypocrite

hope this helps !!!

Do I seem eternally hateful, or gratefully dead to you? Or does that describe those here who espouse a counterfeit gospel that supports the ego? A chaos of belief. The anti-Christ will appear Christian on the outside...appealing to the aspirations of the selfish outer man.

There is no fear of God...but only a reduction of what is spiritual to a carnal level. Producing confusion yet a comfort for the flesh.

Simply understanding what communion is, causes us to discern the Body of Christ, as opposed to it being ordinary (common) bread and wine for satiating the flesh.

It is common bread. What you are not understanding is the commemoration based on WHO is partaking of it. Not the elements themselves.

Read again where it says discerning the Body. Does that mean not discerning that the bread is the body...or that those present are the Body? If the former than why not speak of the blood? The life is in the blood.

And the blood (life) is present IN the saints who partake of communion.

Your way of seeing is still pagan. Very "New Age."

You Don’t fear God. You think God will save a Muslim girl who rejects jesus. So please do not try to claim you fear God.. No one believes it..

You have more religion that most people I know.. Yet you are unable to see it

No it is not common when you are using the bread as a proxy for the body and blood of Jesus. Which is simply determined and distinguished by your intent and prayer. It is an offence to God to treat what is holy as profane and can't think of anything more holy than the Lamb of God who was slain. Certainly we generally partake of it with other members of His Body one faith, one Body, one Spirit....whether yet carnal babes or "you who are spiritual"....any blood washed, born again believers. I don't think that is what it is 'based' on though, it is based on Christ and His crucifixion.

Yes it’s like saying our bodies which are the temple if the Holy Spirit are common. He misses the entire spiritual side of things which is ironic since he prides himself on the higher “ spiritual “ walk.

Maybe there is something in needing to discern the Body of Christ in the people present, as well. I'm sure that treating the flock of Christ as common would bring judgment/chastisements too. Especially in light of what He said about beating one's fellow servants.

You seem eternally unable to grasp the gospel.

I don't identify with a shallow representation of the gospel meant for selfish people to make them feel saved.
Unable to grasp the desperate situation you are in without Christ.
For you Christ is only a concept...based on satisfying your religious cravings.

You Don’t fear God.

That is untrue. I very much fear God. I realize that being rich and modern puts me in a very precarious situation.
You think God will save a Muslim girl who rejects jesus.
In your imagination, all Muslim girls reject Jesus. Do you know of any Muslim girls who do so? Have you taken surveys in Muslim countries? Or is this just more superficial religious theories you are spewing here?
So please do not try to claim you fear God.. No one believes it..

I don't want anything to do with what you believe. The more you personally disbelieve something...the more likely it is true.
You have more religion that most people I know.. Yet you are unable to see it
More spiritual understanding is what you mean. That's due to actually knowing God....in real life...no need to pretend.

If you feared God you would repent and come to him for salvation. You would look to him as the jews did the serpent so you could be saved, and you would stop trying to save yourself..

Not everybody cares so much to be saved as you do. You are putting your neurosis onto me. I never said anything about a desire to be saved. That comes from the shallow crowd here.

God is selfless and He's looking for followers who are selfless. Those who seek to save their lives will lose them. It's those who lose their lives for His sake that find them.

The superficial selfish believers don't stand a chance.

So you admit you are not saved that is good to know. Now we can pray for the Lord to be merciful and save you.
