sadly he will not hear.

He does not understand Hebrews was written to the people who were trying to go back to the law. and his pleading with them to not go back to the law because the law will never save you.

so he totally ignores context.

I'm sorry to say EG, you are very much correct, there are precious few in this situation that find the way across that bridge.

That's exactly what Paul said! We establish the Law because the moral Law (10 commandments) is God's standard of righteousness.

All the commandments of Christ are the reflection of the true Law He taught. But rejected by the Jews.

No man will see the kingdom of God without keeping the moral Law (10 commandments).

The purpose of the Law was to show man in his fallen state that he can't become righteous in the sight of God by doing or his ability of any kind. This is why Paul told us, "the Law was our schoolmaster to point us to Christ." Our inability to keep the righteousness of God is where Grace comes in. That Grace (what we don't deserve) is freely given to us through faith in His finished work on the Cross, and His resurrection.
We establish or uphold the law (Romans 3:31) by putting our faith in the One who fulfilled all the righteous requirements of the law on our behalf and who offers us His perfect righteousness as a free gift. (Romans 4:5-6) Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes. (Romans 10:4)

Galatians 3:24 - Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25 But after faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor. 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.

Jesus's shed blood and death is SALVATION.

For them that believe and confess Him as the only true Christ and Saviour. He is the propitiation for the sins of the whole world, but the whole world is not saved.
You can't '"renew" that, as He would have come down here again as the Lamb of God, to die again for it to be renewed.
Christ being formed in us, is not Christ coming again in the flesh to die on the cross. Neither is Jesus being formed again in us.

And trust me when i tell you that the next time Christ arrives to this earth, wont be to save you from your sin.
Not Christians that are sinning at His appearing. The only ones Jesus will deliver from their sins are the Samaritan sheep left over after the destruction around Armageddon, the cleansing of Jeruslaem, and the casting away of the goats.

Only newly born again sheep will be the Kings subjects on earth at the beginning of His reign. Others born afterward will have the same choice as we, but with the devil shut up in the pit, and the Lord Jesus Himself sitting on the throne of David in Jeruslaem.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.

But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.

He's coming back as Lord Almighty, the LION< and not the lamb. The KING of Glory, and not as the suffering meek servant.
True. His first task will be to destroy without mercy the armies gathered against Him. But it will be as quick and sure and complete as Pharaoh and his armies at the bottom of the Red Sea.

Robert.....You rant/post so much incredibly odd and strange theology, that has nothing whatsoever to do with Truth or The Cross of Christ.,
So says all false teachers that refuse correction. Thank you. But you people just can't stay away for long. You always return as errant moths to the flame. And when rebuffed again, then turn again to childish personal insults. I'm used to it. Water off a duck's back.

Michiah, pay attention to this, it will help you understand the Law/Grace conflict.

Christ was under the Law, He taught the Law, but the Jews had polluted and distorted the Law.

Christ taught the true Law, but was rejected, as the Jews had built the Law into their God.

Salvation has always been by Grace through faith, but hidden in Scripture from the natural eye because the sin debt of man had not yet been paid. Justification by faith was first introduced to Abraham, "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." This has always been the way to salvation.

Under Grace, look at what John says about keeping the commandment.

1 John 3:22-23

"And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.

And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment."

Notice the bold words, John changes the plural "commandments" to the singular "commandment." All the commandments are kept by faith in Christ and loving one another. If you remember, Christ quoted these 2 as the Great Commandments.

It was appointed to the Apostle Paul to explain the Law/Grace conflict, as he does continuously in all of his epistles. Over and over he tells us that no man will be justified by the Law, (depending on your own ability to keep laws) but by faith in Christ.
SDA's are also hung up on "commandment keeping" for salvation. They believe we are saved by faith + obeying the 10 commandments (with a heavy emphasis on the 4th commandment) - "keeping the sabbath day holy." Seventh-day Adventists even teach that the near the end of time the "mark of the best" of Revelation 14 will be placed upon those who worship on Sunday instead of Saturday. o_O

According to John, the number one commandment {entolae} of Jesus to the Apostles was not Sabbath-worship, but for them to love one another:

A new commandment {entolae} I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. (John 13:34)

This is my commandment {entolae}, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. (John 15:12)

Notice how John refers to the "commandments" of God in his letter: By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and observe His commandments {entolas}.

For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments {entolas}; and His commandments {entolae} are not burdensome. (1 John 5:2-3)

Earlier in the same letter John tells us exactly what the "commandments" of God are:

Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, [then] have we confidence toward God. And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His [God's] commandments {entolas} and do the things that are pleasing in His sight. This is His [God's] commandment {entolae}, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He [God] commanded {entolaen} us. The one who keeps His [God's] commandments {entolas} abides in Him,... (1 John 3:21-24)

From this we can see that in John's writings the "commandments" of God are:
  1. To believe in Jesus Christ
  2. To love one another

Salvation is this...

Jesus on the Cross.........said...."It Is Fiinished"

What is Finished?

Salvation.

How do you know?

A.) Jesus said He finished it, then died and rose again to prove it.

This is why Jesus said..>>"I am the only WAY to the Father, no one comes to the Father by by ME".

A.) The Cross of Christ.

John 14:6

Here is how you can't go to heaven, as these are "other ways' that the devil deceived Heretic will PREACH and TEACH as "how to go to heaven and how to stay saved".

"confessing sin"
"water baptism"
"abiding"
"enduring"
"trying to be like Christ".
"law keeping"
"commandment keeping".

See all those?
Those, YOU DO....and Salvation is What Christ did on the Cross for you as "The GIFT of Salvation"

BELIEVE IT, and God will make you His own.
What should trouble Christians here as I see it is when someone enters in and attempts to promote a false gospel that makes Jesus a liar and fraud. On purpose!

Jesus gives us eternal life. God's salvation to that end is by his grace alone. Irrevocable. No one shall take us from his hand. Salvation is not of ourselves. Yet time after time we witness idolaters of the flesh insist it is. Co-redemptors with Christ.

How arrogant. How worldly. How sad come their judgement they shall be humbled by his truth.

then no one is saved.
For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

Speak for yourself.

and we are working towards salvation by doing works of righteousness..
Amen, now you go it. Just don't forget it's all by grace through faith of Jesus.

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Just add to your faith these things and do what works to be sure to receive the salvation of your soul, spirit, and body in the end.

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Not by Gods mercy..
Now you don't got it at all, but instead talk like a Pharisee. It's impossible to do any good and any righteousness of God without Jesus' faith and God's mercy upon our past sins. We must be forgiven of our past sins by His mercy in Jesus Christ, before we can ever do anything good, righteous, and worthy in His sight.

We must first be cleansed, before we can ever hope to live cleanly for His salvation in the end.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Once we add works with faith, then we'll know the truth of Jesus Christ.

If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

Only the doers of the word are justified in their faith and know the true doctrine of the word, that is neither faith alone nor works alone.

Until then, if all we have is our own faith alone without works, or our own works alone without faith, we'll miss the boat at His appearing.

God's salvation is only for the believers and doers, not for the believers only or the doers only.

And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work."

go do what? Try to earn my salvation, thats impossible.
I am amazed you read my post, and then said go do it, without knowing where I spoke from.
I knew you were mocking doing righteousness at all times. It's what all self-justifying people do, when they trust only in their own faith alone to save themselves, and make any and all works anathema to their own salvation.

You mockingly preached the truth, and I showed by Scripture how what you mockingly preached, is the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

titus 3…not by works of righteousness which we have dove, but by his mercy, he saved us……
You see how you make all works of righteousness anathema? You make no difference between our own works of righteousness without God, and doing the works of God's righteousness by His faith. You make all works, whether our own or God's, to be anathema to your salvation.

There nothing we can do my find.
Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall.

As I said. Speak for yourself. The lukewarm gospel of trusting in dead faith alone is false.

You can’t work for grace
You can't have grace without works of faith. The Grace of God is for help in time of need to do the good work of faith, which is to endure and overcome temptation and resist the devil. The Grace of man is help in time of need to still be justified while sinning with the devil.

I utterly reject the gospel of saving ourselves by our own faith alone, while searing our consciences against the judgment of God for all who do unrighteous things.

What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?

Not at all.

I utterly despise the hypocritical teaching that Christians are not condemned for doing the same things as the condemned. Why? Because they trust in a grace and faith of their own, not that of God and Christ Jesus.

But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

We are saved by grace through faith, not through faith alone. We are justified by works of faith, not by faith alone. The only time alone is spoken of by God alongside faith, is to declare such faith alone dead and can save no man. Nowhere else in Scripture is faith and alone ever spoken of together.

The salvation and justification of Jesus Christ is for believing doers of the word, never for believers only without works, nor for doers only without faith.

If Christians are doing the same works of the flesh, they are just as much children of the devil as the others doing the same things. God is not a respecter of persons, nor an unjust judge to excuse His own, while condemning others doing the same things. Either no man is condemned for sinning against God, or all are. There are no exemptions in between for Christians.

op: Renewable salvation?
Depends Which Tense you are referring to:

"But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not
trust in ourselves, but in God Which raiseth the dead: Who delivered
us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in Whom we trust that He
will yet deliver us;" (2 Corinthians 1:9-10 KJB!) =

The THREE Tenses Of God's ETERNAL Salvation

Is not the Solution to Confusion recognizing God's Differences Be-
tween "HIS Relationship With us," And "our fellowship with HIM!"?

God's Will, Today, Under HIS PURE GRACE? Very Simply:

► faith ◄ NON-Renewable = ONE Time Only!:

1) Past Tense = "...God delivered us from so great a death...":

God Establishes HIS Eternal Relationship With those who
humbly repent (change mind that "sin is Wrong!") and:

believe, 100% trust, place Total faith, In The LORD JESUS CHRIST,
HIS Death (Precious BLOOD), Burial, And HIS Resurrection,
According To The Scriptures!
(1 Corinthians 15:3-4; cp Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 3-5 KJB!)

"GRACE Through faith" In The Merits
Of HIS ALL-Sufficient BLOOD Results:

All sins Forgiven, His Eternal Life, And, Peace With God!
(Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 2:13; Romans 6:23; Romans 5:1)

This Is Eternal Deliverance From the Penalty of sin,
The So Great A [ Second ] Death! (Revelation 21:8) =
Justification and Spiritual Sanctification
(2 Corinthians 1:10a cp Romans 3:24)

(More Biblical Confirmation is here: God's ETERNAL Assurance! And:
God's OPERATION On All HIS New-born babes In CHRIST!)

1) ► faith ◄ God's ETERNAL Justification/Relationship Is First, And, Then:

►► love ◄◄ RENEWABLE = Daily, Until 'the END Of physical life'!:
(2) Present Tense = "...God doth deliver us...":

All believers Should do "good works (faith which worketh by love!)"
{Which will Never Equal CHRIST's Payment For the above Penalty of sin!},
for Which we Are Created In CHRIST JESUS, to perform for Him, having
"been Called into fellowship With Him!" (Ephesians 2:10; 1 Corinthians 1:9)
................................ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓
RENEWABLE = Daily, Until 'the END Of physical life'! Amen?
................. ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓ ↑ ↓
We "work out our own salvation" (Philippians 2:12). This
Should Be a lifetime of Daily submission, and renewing,
being "not conformed to this world" (Romans 12:1-2),
for Grace Deliverance From the Power of sin!}
(2 Corinthians 1:10b) = personal sanctification:

(2a) Christ Living In us, To Fulfil:

All Of His Law, In ONE Word: ►► love ◄◄ thy neighbor
as thyself!" (Galatians 5:14; Romans 13:8-10)

(2b) His Spirit Guiding and Teaching us, How To:

"Study to shew thyself Approved Unto God, a
workman that needeth not to be ashamed, Rightly
Dividing The Word Of Truth!" (2 Timothy 2:15 KJB)

Eternal Results: reward [or loss *] (1 Corinthians 3:8-15),
ruling and reigning [or not *] With CHRIST, Which Will Finally Be
At The Judgment Day!

* More helpful study: Finishing The Race
►► love ◄◄ and, Finally:

►►► Blessed Hope ◄◄◄ NON-Renewable = ONE Time Only!:
(3) Future Tense = "...God Will Yet Deliver us":

CHRIST's Glorification of All "members" Of HIS Body!!
{This Is Eternal Deliverance From the Presence of sin!}
(1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 1 Corinthians 15:51-57;
2 Corinthians 1:10c). Hallelujah! Praise HIS Excellent Name!!
----------------------------------
Conclusion:

BIG Differences Between the THREE tenses Of God's Eternal Salvation,
And Between God's Relationship And our fellowship! Correct?
--------------------------------------------------------------
Please Be Very RICHLY Encouraged, Enlightened, Exhorted, And Edified In
The LORD JESUS CHRIST, And In His Word Of Truth, Rightly Divided!

Is not the Solution to Confusion recognizing God's Differences Be-
tween "HIS Relationship With us," And "our fellowship with HIM!"?
The only difference in relationship between God and man, is condemnation by us sinning.

There is only one fellowship with God. In the light where there is no walking in darkness of sin at all.

God's Will, Today, Under HIS PURE GRACE? Very Simply:

► faith ◄ NON-Renewable = ONE Time Only!:
This is man's own faith in himself only.

The faith of Jesus that saves is only had by them that are loving and obeying Him. No man while sinning is being saved, nor has His faith. If we sin, His faith and salvation must be renewed in us by repentance in His name.

1) Past Tense = "...God delivered us from so great a death...":
So long as we are not sinning, we remain delivered from sinning.

God Establishes HIS Eternal Relationship With those who
humbly repent (change mind that "sin is Wrong!") and:
Mental repentance is for hearers only.

Godly repentance is changing our ways and doing His word.

believe, 100% trust, place Total faith, In The LORD JESUS CHRIST,
Faith alone is dead.

The faith of Jesus is only given to those of a pure heart for godly living.

"GRACE Through faith" In The Merits
Of HIS ALL-Sufficient BLOOD Results:
Is only for forgiveness of past sins, not for present sinning. We have no forgiveness, faith, love, nor salvation, if we are sinning with the devil.

All sins Forgiven, His Eternal Life, And, Peace With God!
All past sins are forgiven to us, that confess our sin with godly sorrow.

This Is Eternal Deliverance From the Penalty of sin,
Claiming no condemnation while doing the same as the condemned, is a lie to justify ourselves in our own eyes.

Justification and Spiritual Sanctification
Justification by Christ is by works of faith, not by faith alone. Spiritual sanctification is spiritual purity of the heart and mind.

(More Biblical Confirmation is here: God's ETERNAL Assurance!
Eternal assurance in Christ is for the pure of heart with godly living. Eternal assurance of condemnation is for unrepented sinners.

The operation of God is His power to become sons of God with spiritual purity and godly living. Sinning is rejection of God's power to be His son.

1) ► faith ◄ God's ETERNAL Justification/Relationship Is First,
His salvation and justification comes first and only by repentance from sinning.

And, Then:

►► love ◄◄ RENEWABLE = Daily, Until 'the END Of physical life'!:
True. His love is renewed daily in them that love and obey Him. His mercy is renewed for them that sin and repent: renewable salvation.

All believers Should do "good works (faith which worketh by love!)"
His commandments are not thou shouldest...but thou shalt.

God's people are doing good and not sinning.

Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that is doing good is of God: but he that is doing evil hath not seen God.

{Which will Never Equal CHRIST's Payment For the above Penalty of sin!},
for Which we Are Created In CHRIST JESUS, to perform for Him, having
"been Called into fellowship With Him!" (Ephesians 2:10; 1 Corinthians 1:9)
Amen?:
Amen.
We "work out our own salvation" (Philippians 2:12). This
Should Be a lifetime of Daily submission, and renewing,
being "not conformed to this world" (Romans 12:1-2),
for Grace Deliverance From the Power of sin!}
(2 Corinthians 1:10b) = personal sanctification:
True.

All Of His Law, In ONE Word: ►► love ◄◄ thy neighbor
as thyself!" (Galatians 5:14; Romans 13:8-10)
The first commandment is to love God with all the heart, mind, and soul, which does not include spiritual uncleanness and doing any unrighteous works of the flesh.

Only then can we fulfill the second commandment.
(2b) His Spirit Guiding and Teaching us, How To:

"Study to shew thyself Approved Unto God, a
workman that needeth not to be ashamed, Rightly
Dividing The Word Of Truth!" (2 Timothy 2:15 KJB)
True.

►►► Blessed Hope ◄◄◄ NON-Renewable = ONE Time Only!:
(3) Future Tense = "...God Will Yet Deliver us":
His hope is renewed in them that sin and repent. He will deliver us again and again if necessary: renewable salvation.

But God is not mocked. We can only be renewed and restored to Christ, if He draws us to repentance.

CHRIST's Glorification of All "members" Of HIS Body!!
{This Is Eternal Deliverance From the Presence of sin!}
Sin is not a presence, but an act of sinning, both spiritual and physical.

I knew you were mocking doing righteousness at all times. It's what all self-justifying people do, when they trust only in their own faith alone to save themselves, and make any and all works anathema to their own salvation.
Nah, I am mocking the people who are trying to earn salvation by trying to give God bloody rags as payment for their sin

You mockingly preached the truth, and I showed by Scripture how what you mockingly preached, is the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
you did not show anything, but your scripture taken out of context and misinterpreted so you could justify your own self righteousness
You see how you make all works of righteousness anathema? You make no difference between our own works of righteousness without God, and doing the works of God's righteousness by His faith. You make all works, whether our own or God's, to be anathema to your salvation.
Works of righteousness FOR salvation is anathema.. The jews tried it Paul called them fools. what makes you any different from them?

Titus 3:5

not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,

Romans 4:6

just as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness apart from works:
Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall.

As I said. Speak for yourself. The lukewarm gospel of trusting in dead faith alone is false.
there is no such thing as faith alone. and I do not preach it. so welcome to the world of lies you preach about others.

You can't have grace without works of faith. The Grace of God is for help in time of need to do the good work of faith, which is to endure and overcome temptation and resist the devil. The Grace of man is help in time of need to still be justified while sinning with the devil.
you need to read scripture my friend

Romans 4:4

Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt.

Romans 11:6

And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.

2 Timothy 1:9

who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began,

I utterly reject the gospel of saving ourselves by our own faith alone, while searing our consciences against the judgment of God for all who do unrighteous things.
I utterly reject that anyone who CLAIMS they have faith. but has no work has ever been saved. They turn the grace of God to licentiousness, We are saved By grace THROUGH faith. But those who trust God will do what he says.

I also utterly reject anyone who thinks they are saved by GRACE PLUS WORKS as a legalist who has faith in self and not God

There are no exemptions in between for Christians.
we are saved by grace THROUGH FAITH. and NOT OF OURSELVES, it is the GIFT OF GOD. NOT OF WORKS....lest anyone should boast.

You want to boast of your works feel free. I will boast in Christ

I am mocking the people who are trying to earn salvation by trying to give God bloody rags as payment for their sin

The good works of those who are born again are not filthy bloody rags.

You are confused.

“…we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10)

God would not ordain that we should produce bloody filthy rags…

For them that believe and confess Him as the only true Christ and Saviour. He is the propitiation for the sins of the whole world, but the whole world is not saved.

if you read 2 Corinthians 5:19, you'll read that God is not charging sin., based on the Cross.

BUT.

there is a requirement to receive what the Cross has resolved.

You have to Believe..

"The work of God is that you believe in Jesus whom God sent" so that 2 Corinthians 5:19 is applied to you by God.

Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

Abiding in the "doctrine of Christ" is to obey the Gospel.
To obey the Gospel is to believe it and be born again.
That is how you "abideth"...
