By letting men exalt themselves above that which is written. It’s not just the Catholics that do this though… many Protestants do the same without the religious garbs.

“And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.” (1 Corinthians 4:6)

Yes both do this . And before the catholic or the protestant tries to make excuse
for this , LET us remember what paul once wrote , YOU ALLOW A MAN TO EXALT HIMSELF .
FOLKS cant stand me cause by grace i DO READ the BIBLE . Notice i said by grace
for the love of truth is what GOD puts upon the hearts of the lambs .

TRUE CHANGE involves the change of the character of man . AKA , I was once headed in the wrong direction

BY THE LUSTS OF THE FLESH . YEAH BY SIN . BUT JESUS came to set me free of my love for sin
and put a LOVE FOR TRUTH on my heart .

false holiness and false righteous that so many , EVEN WITHIN the protestant realm do preach .
I was in bondage when i served sin , my flesh . PS , ANYONE WHO STILL LOVES SIN
and that means they PRACTICE IT , AINT BEEN SET FREE . THE jesus they serve , IS none other than the devil
who through the lusts of the flesh has them held captive to an idea that they are saved , are free
and have been set free , WHEN IN TRUTH they still in bondage to sin and thus , THEY STILL SERVE THE FLESH
thus they still serve satan unawares . TIME WE GET IN BIBLES my friend .
TIME we LEARN THAT DOCTRINE . Folks cannot stand me , cause i dont pick and choose what side or what sin to expose .
I expose both sides , both the errors of the CC and the errors within even the protestant realm .
BOTH The errors of the right and the left . You looking at one hated man . BUT even though i be hated
MY Desire is for even those who do hate me , TO TRULY be saved . ITS just the way it is my friend .
AND IF the world hated JESUS , ITS GONNA HATE THE LAMBS .

Every church has failed to find the true doctrine....as a whole. Every church has failed to understand the Bible as a whole.
Lucky for us, we do not have to understand every detail to be saved. But with all we get from the Bible, if we do not get that we should love our fellow Christians....we missed most of the message.

Yeshua started one Way....but He did not return....He left it to us menz....and we messed up horribly. Missing the most fundamental Spirit of Christianity. The Catholics have no reason to feel high and mighty, their history proves that when they were in complete control they committed every atrocity imaginable.....the Protestants got a hold of the scriptures and proved that they could not understand the scriptures....so they fractured Christ's church into thousands of denominations. Each Protestant founder picking up the Bible and interpreting it differently. We are all living in glass houses so we need to calm down and love one another.

Should we challenge evil beliefs? First you have to define evil. What will we not tolerate? What will we stand against? The forum will not tolerate something like Christian Voodoo....but it does tolerate a religion that denies the Deity of Yeshua and a religion that preaches that Yahweh is a monstrous puppet master God that denies free-will.

But for the rest of the denominations.....we all believe in a good God and we are Christians but each believes differently for different reasons. What if each of the 30,000 Protestant denominations went to war against every other denomination? In a world full of evil we need to identify who the real enemies are and unite. As Franklin Graham said, we live in a world where we are told that good is bad and bad is good.

All twelve Apostles cannot possess the keys! Only one person at a time can possesses them. So now the question is Ferris....do you know the importance of possessing the keys to a kingdom? What is the CONTEXT of Jesus denouncing the men in long robes (the scribes and the Pharisees) amigo?

WHY did Jesus tell his disciples to do whatever they (the scribes and the Pharisees) teach you and follow it?

Why did Paul say "Obey those that rule over you" amigo?

Paul said the men who lead the church (the elders) are worthy of double honor. What men rule over you that are worthy of double honor amigo? what title do you give them?

Sooooooo now the question is: Is Jesus and Paul's teaching contradictory? Do we obey men in robes and do what they tell us to do OR beware of them? Or did amigo's teachers not teach him all of Scripture and put it into CONTEXT for him?

Those are two different matters. Only one person can possess keys. Your "I showed you the passages, lol" comment is DISHONEST! Here is where your confusion comes in or where your men have taught you wrong.

The event in Matthew 18 (keys to the kingdom, binding and loosening) occurred one year BEFORE the event in John 20 (forgiving of sins).

The keys were given to Peter only.

The power to forgive sins was given to all the Apostles.

You have been taught by your men to equate the two when they do not equate.
