Texas Authorities Release Statement on Law Enforcement Response to Mass Shooting in Uvalde – Police Arrived 4 Minutes After Shooting Began (VIDEO)

Regional Director for the Department of Public Safety South Texas, Victor Escalon, Jr. provided an update on Thursday following the mass shooting at Robb Elementary that killed 19 children and 2 adults.
18-year-old Salvador Ramos opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday killing 19 children and two teachers. He also shot his grandmother in the face. Senator Roland Gutierrez said the grandmother is still alive but in critical condition.
According to multiple reports, the deranged shooter spent more than 40 minutes inside as loved ones and onlookers begged the police to charge into the building.
On Thursday, Officer Escalon of the TxDPS-South Region provided an update on their investigation regarding the mass shooting.
“On Tuesday, May 24, 11:28, the suspect wrecked his vehicle, [a] pickup truck that he took from his grandmother. He had just shot his grandmother in the face. She’s alive. She’s stable at this point,” Escalon said.
“He jumps out the passenger side of the truck. According to witnesses, he’s got a long arm rifle and a bag. He walks around. He sees two witnesses at the funeral home across the street from where he rents. He engages and fires toward them. He continues walking towards the school. He climbs the fence. Now he’s in the parking lot, shooting at the school multiple times. At 11:40, he walks into the west side of Robb Elementary.”
Escalon said the suspect entered the school “unobstructed” through open doors. Law enforcement officers faced gunfire from the subject, who was barricaded inside a classroom.
“Multiple rounds. Numerous rounds are discharged in the school. We’re trying to get a number. Four minutes later, local police departments, the Independent School District Police Department are inside making entry. They hear gunfire, they take rounds. They move back, get covered, and during that time, they approached where the suspect is at. According to the information I have, he went in at 11:40.”
“Officers are there, the initial officers. They receive gunfire. They don’t make entry initially because of the gunfire they’re receiving. We have officers calling for additional resources. Everybody that’s in the area, tactical teams. We need equipment. We need specialty equipment. We need body armor. We need precision riflemen negotiators,” Escalon continued.
“So during that time that they’re making those calls to bring in help to solve this problem and stop it immediately, they’re also evacuating personnel. I say personnel, students, teachers. There’s a lot going on a lot complex situation. They’re measuring, they’re measuring,” Escalon explained.
He said the US Border Patrol tactical teams arrived on the scene approximately an hour later. The team made an entry and shot and killed the suspect.
“Approximately an hour later, US Border Patrol tactical teams arrived. They make entry, shoot and kill the suspect. But you also had a Zavala County Deputy and you bought a police Department that made entry and killed the suspect. Now it turns into a rescue operation. How do we save these children?”
Escalon added that based on the information they gathered, the majority of the gunfire was in the beginning approximately more than 25.
“According to the information we have, the majority of the gunfire was in the beginning. I say numerous, more than 25. There was a lot of gunfire in the beginning. During the negotiations, there wasn’t isn’t much gunfire other than trying to keep the officers at bay but that could change depending on once we analyze the video.”
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the deranged shooter was shot and killed by an off-duty Customs and Border Protection agent from an elite tactical unit (BORTAC) who responded to a law enforcement request and rushed into the school.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that a viral video making rounds online shows anxious, angry parents pleading to the police to go inside the school while mass murderer Salvador Ramos spent more than 40 minutes inside.
Javier Cazares, whose daughter died in the attack, urged the bystanders to “rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to. More could have been done. They were unprepared.”

The call to take away the rights of Americans to bare arms will be greater than ever now.
People say that there has been no mass shooting in Australia since they banned automatics. True but gun crime got worse. In fact there was a massive mafia underword in Melbourne that became famous here, there were shootings almost every week.
Now just look at how we get treated by our police. We can't protest our government now. Would those dogs be so brutal if we were packing heat... I think not

The WHO’s Pandemic Treaty “Is Tied To A Global Digital Passport And ID System”

The WHO recently announced plans for an international pandemic treaty tied to a digital passport and digital ID system.
Meeting in December 2021 in a special session for only the second time since the WHO’s founding in 1948, the Health Assembly of the WHO adopted a single decision titled, “The World Together.”
The WHO plans to finalize the treaty by 2024. It will aim to shift governing authority now reserved to sovereign states to the WHO during a pandemic by legally binding member states to the WHO’s revised International Health Regulations.
In January of 2022 the United States submitted proposed amendments to the 2005 International Health Regulations, which bind all 194 U.N. member states, which the WHO director general accepted and forwarded to other member states. In contrast to amendments to our own constitution, these amendments will not require a two-thirds vote of our Senate, but a simple majority of the member states.
Most of the public is wholly unaware of these changes, which will impact the national sovereignty of member states.
The WHO’s Pandemic Treaty “Is Tied To A Global Digital Passport And ID System”
The proposed amendments include, among others, the following. Among the changes the WHO will no longer need to consult with the state or attempt to obtain verification from the state where a reported event of concern (e.g., a new outbreak) is allegedly occurring before taking action on the basis of such reports (Article 9.1).
In addition to the authority to make the determination of a public health emergency of international concern under Article 12, the WHO will be granted additional powers to determine a public health emergency of regional concern, as well as a category referred to as an intermediate health alert.
The relevant state no longer needs to agree with the WHO Director General’s determination that an event constitutes a public health emergency of international concern. A new Emergency Committee will be constituted at the WHO, which the Director-General will consult in lieu of the state within whose territory the public health emergency of international concern has occurred, to declare the emergency over.
The amendments will also give “regional directors” within the WHO, rather than elected representatives of the relevant states, the legal authority to declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern.
Also, when an event does not meet criteria for a public health emergency of international concern but the WHO Director-General determines it requires heightened awareness and a potential international public health response, he may determine at any time to issue an “intermediate public health alert” to states and consult the WHO’s Emergency Committee. The criteria for this category are simple fiat: “the Director-General has determined it requires heightened international awareness and a potential international public health response.”
Through these amendments, the WHO, with the support of the United States, appears to be responding to roadblocks that China erected in the early days of covid. This is a legitimate concern. But the net effect of the proposed amendments is a shift of power away from sovereign states, ours included, to unelected bureaucrats at the WHO. The thrust of every one of the changes is toward increased powers and centralized powers delegated to the WHO and away from member states.
Leslyn Lewis, a member of the Canadian parliament and lawyer with international experience, has warned that the treaty would also allow the WHO unilaterally to determine what constitutes a pandemic and declare when a pandemic is occurring. “We would end up with a one-size-fits-all approach for the entire world,” she cautioned. Under the proposed WHO plan, pandemics need not be limited to infectious diseases and could include, for example, a declared obesity crisis.
As part of this plan, the WHO has contracted German-based Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems to develop a global vaccine passport system, with plans to link every person on the planet to a QR code digital ID.
“Vaccination certificates that are tamper-proof and digitally verifiable build trust. WHO is therefore supporting member states in building national and regional trust networks and verification technology,” explained Garret Mehl, head of the WHO’s Department of Digital Health and Innovation.
“The WHO’s gateway service also serves as a bridge between regional systems. It can also be used as part of future vaccination campaigns and home-based records.”
This system will be universal, mandatory, trans-national, and operated by unelected bureaucrats in a captured NGO who already bungled the covid pandemic response.
