My new coffee is much lower in caffeine. About almost half the dose. It's going to take me a few days to adjust. I'm suuuuuuuper tired.

If I drink hard alcohol then it's whiskey and diet coke. But I stay away from the hard stuff as I think it's bad for the stomach.

I stay away from alcohol because it is bad for my sanity.

I'm in the same boat. I don't drink often and if I have it has been alone cause it makes me insane. I have schizophrenia so my mental faculties are diminished.

I do OK. Thanks for the compliment. How is your journaling going? I used to journal, but then I found Satan was reading my secret thoughts and desires so I stopped, cause he was harassing me about it. I think if you just keep a record that might be safe.
