We should have the heart of Jeremiah. But maybe part of the reason we should be patient, is because we do not know what the Lord intends for a person's life. Where they are now may not be where they are later and we don't want to hinder God's plans or block them from inheriting salvation.

It doesn’t say that she can divorce him and remarry another man. In the scripture I presented it clearly states that if a divorced woman wants to marry she should go back to her husband.

The Scripture also states that if a man departs from his wife, she is free and is not under bondage because God has called us to peace. (1 Cor 7:15)
