I think the concern of many Christians here when it comes to the Romans Catholic is a with regard for the countless persons now identifying as Roman Catholic being outside of God's grace and living condemned still in their sins.

And only Catholics? Many protestants too, who make up their own laws and interpretations and follow many of the same practices the Catholic Church does and holidays.

right to the truth again . Its all tanked or tanking . And worse , the largest delusion has spread like a green bay tree
by a river . It dangles its branches of death unto all to gather all as one right under an all inclusive lie , Birthed by ROME

About the pagan holidays . YOU are RIGHT MY FRIEND . WE must flee it all now .
And if one chooses to celebrate the birth of JESUS or His crucifixtion , or His ressurection , DONT MIX one ounce of the pagan into it .
IOW , in other words , No santa , no christmas trees , no covetousness , no easter bunny , nothing pagan .
GOD hates one thing above it all . THE BLENDING OF PAGAN and HOLY . And this is what most all churches have now done .

its quite simple actually, people teaching the gospel without knowing the gospel. As a result, you end up with an ever changing gospel. We see this in galatians 1:6.

i thought some fellow presbyterians might be able to answer this question much better than me though. Enjoy and learn.

I prefer to call it revival instead of reformation. Satan and man will always attack the gospel message and the Scriptures and from time to time the body of Christ gets dulled, so God stirs us up from time to time.

@JohnPaul Hebrews 7 makes it indeed clear that the Old Testament Levitical priesthood was changed... The Lord Jesus is now a Priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek: He it is that we indeed follow.... :)
