If that were the case you wouldn't have replied to what I said in the first place.Give me a break!!!!!!!! I already told you I was not interested in a conversation.
The problem with this concept as with all OSAS concepts is that it is not true.
If we are born again...is an erroneous statement. There is no gauge...
And people do not get kicked out of Christianity You can kick them out of a church...you can excommunicate them. But they will arrive on Judgement Day as Christians, and as Christian they will be judged and if they have lived a lifestyle of sin...for example drug users or LBGTQ, they will be Christians burning in hell.
Yeah… I’m a long-time member of two other Christian forums besides this one. I’m well aware of the accusations that often come against those of us who desire to live holy lives because Jesus lives in our hearts. jbI've been here over a year... give it time.
You quoted me... I was trying to acknowledge that fact.. but you came when I was on my way out of the thread... Your words are not worth my time... as all you want to do is CONDEMN... so yeah... not interested in talking with you... and just letting you KNOW.If that were the case you wouldn't have replied to what I said in the first place.
Well.. there you go then... ENJOY.Yeah… I’m a long-time member of two other Christian forums besides this one. I’m well aware of the accusations that often come against those of us who desire to live holy lives because Jesus lives in our hearts. jb
@Addy I’m kind of behind reading all these posts, but so far, I haven’t seen anyone here being legalistic, unless I’ve missed it. I’m pretty sure we all are in agreement that no one could ever be worthy of being saved by our Lord; we could never do anything to merit such a gift. … because it is Jesus Himself who makes us worthy. It is He that justifies and makes us righteous. Jesus Christ died for the ungodly … just as we are. jb

You cannot stomach what the Bible says. I am not your problem.Good grief... and good grief again... damned if you do.. and damned if you don't... Graily... I took you off ignore a few weeks back... but I cannot
stomach the things you say... Forever twisting people's words... and hurling forth accusations that are not true. Back on IGNORE you go.
You need to start rubbing shoulders with real Christians, not the fake Sunday Christians populating most of our churches today. Have you ever been to a non-denominational service or Bible study?I find it very sad that the legalistic bunch... compare themselves to the likes of the drunk up the street for their measure of being good.... when in all reality... we need to be comparing ourselves to the measure of CHRIST... I think that would dramatically reduce the I'm so good attitude found in so many score keeping believers.... My little thoughts for the day. LOL
I agree with this insofar as the major historical denominations go. I won't attend their churches anymore.“ where we are today” is the Age Of where 90% of the Church World is “ Fallen From Grace” and doesn’t even realize it ——it’s the Age Of “Jesus Saves— BUT!”........ ( The Blood is Essential....it just ain’t Adequate—— Jesus needs a “ Co- Savior”..... and that guy is me!)
Who did you drop the first one on, me?
S.S.S. - stupid-self-sabotage...the dumbest kind! LolNope.....it was yours truly....
And your reading comprehension is fundamentally flawed because that's what I've been saying, lol!
The person who is living in sin is not going to be saved when Jesus comes back. I don't care what claim to salvation that person has, or had. They ain't gonna be saved when Jesus comes back. 'Taint no hypergrace theology gonna change that. The unrepentant person has to come to repentance in order to be saved when Jesus comes back. That's what 1 Corinthians 5 is all about.
True. But once again this thread is focusing on sin instead of righteousness. "Dead to sin" should mean "Alive to God". Which means the focus should be constantly on righteousness. "Sin shall not have dominion over you" is God's truth. So why so much talk about sin?
