Don't know. Here we have some good fish, like tuna in the can with water, and fresh Salmon. Both super good for you. Halibut is also good for you.Would tin fish be OK? Without oil?

Would tin fish be OK? Without oil?I quit working out when I got on my meds. They make me lethargic. I used to run 3 miles a day with tons of energy. But that was back when I was 30 years old.
Meats that are good for workout are steak, chicken, and fish. They are fairly high in protein. I love putting soy sauce on chicken and steak. Makes it super tasty.
--and here we struggle, I will see tomorrow if I can get sardines in tins without oil. Tuna I don't find that tasty and not a big fan of salmon--also money is tight so I have to budget.Don't know. I don't know about sardines, but meat is meat so they're probably OK for workout fuel. I understand I'm on a low budget also. I just bought potatoes and get top ramen for meals.Would tin fish be OK? Without oil?

I am really appreciating this coffee shop and the amazing servant of the Lord.Hugs, and thank you!
I'm kinda poor so I drink this instant coffee. But I'm sure Ziggy's coffee should be OK, I've seen their shops pictured online. They are building a Ziggy's drive-through coffee shop in the Annelee doll parking lot. Does anyone have any experience with their products? I believe they have one in Concord. I know I will try it because I can't handle the traffic around DD, esp in the summer!
