Now always decaf with sometimes Lucerne Farms Sugar-Free Hazelnut artificially flavored, but sometimes different Tea blends.

Lately all I do is sleep. I don't know if it's because it's winter. I'm just tired all the time.
My mother in law used to tell me to eat a little peanutbutter to help with sleep.
I never tried it, but I remember her saying it.

Most nights I listen to this..
I pick a book and let it run through the cycle.
It plays all 66 books of the bible. You can begin at Genesis or click on any book.
I usually start with the book of Psalms and just let it run.
