My daughter gets absesses.
She grabs Sage from the cupboard and packs it around the tooth.
She says it hurts like hell, but it draws the absess out until you can see a dentist.

Do you wear a night guard, @stunnedbygrace ? I have one for bruxism, mine has gotten bad lately, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to stay in while I'm asleep.

I lost my first front tooth on a McDonald's Fish Filet Sandwich
and the other on a Mc'Donalds 1/4 pounder.
I don't eat at McDonalds anymore.

I wear a top guard and I do that thing so when you suck in it stays in your mouth, but they're lying, it still falls out and ends up under the bed or something.
