Yea.... But you have no idea what that means....

Jesus gave up his Spirit but not His Soul ... An example that supports this is when Mary at Jesus’ tomb turned and saw Jesus. She naturally got excited and Jesus told her…

John 20:17 … Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father. Do not miss this connection, Jesus gave up his Spirit to the Father at death but told Mary He had not yet ascended to the Father after His resurrection. It is clear the scriptures never teach that the soul is or has an immortal subsistence. As both Jesus’ body and soul died and went to hades!

Psalms 104:29 -30: "When you take away their breath (ruah), they perish and return to the dust from which they came. When you send forth your breath (ruah), they are created."

Jesus showed you this..... at the cross!!! Ecclesiates 12:7: "And the dust returns to the earth as it once was, and the life breath (ruah) returns to God who gave it."

Psalms 33:6: "When his spirit (ruah) departs he returns to his earth; on that day his plans perish."


You need to understand... You will die for your sins... as the wages for sin is death! The Cross is what allows you to be Born again....after you pay your dues.... Not before!

Of the two types of sins: sins unto death and sins NOT unto death, when we are born again of the Spirit Jesus as the Author of our faith takes away all desire out of our nature to commit sins unto death known as lawlessness (1 John 3:4-5). As also the Finisher of our faith Peter shows us what Jesus tackles next in us, the sins not unto death - immature fruit. 2 Peter 1:5-11. Notice when Jesus completely finishers this process we will never stumble, but that takes awhile.

Does Gods seed remain in you?

5 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, 6 to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, 7 to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. 8 For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. 10 Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; 11 for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

All that is required of us is that we keep abiding in Jesus for both types of sin, 1 John 3:24, and John 15:4.

Surrendering to God and being led continuously by His Spirit will bring us through with Him to the end of our course.

A Christian is already "brought through".

We have already passed .."from DEATH.... to LIFE".

We are already Born .. .again.

We already have Eternal Life.

Our sin is forgiven.

The born again are 'IN Christ".... "one with God", and seated in Heavenly Places"

The born again are already become "the temple of the Holy Spirit".

Not surrendering to Him and quenching His Spirit in us will have bad results.

If you "quench the Spirit" then that is to no longer be able to hear Him.
He's still there, but you can't hear Him.

he Cross is what allows you to be Born again....after you pay your dues.... Not before!

This is where Jesus "paid our dues"..... forever.

He paid for our sin.....all of it.

This is why Jesus said.......from the Cross......"IT.......is finished".


A.) "IT"... is our salvation, our redemption, our forgiveness of all sin.


This is "the GIFT of Salvation"..

You don't work or earn a "Gift'.

You receive it. = Freely

Amen!...excellent, you are just confirming what I already believe, isn’t it a wonderful heart revelation to know this, only the Spirit can deliver that truth to our heart/spirit.

Isn’t it an honour and privilege to be led by the Holy Spirit...it still blows my mind ,even after 33yrs of being led by the Spirit....of course only the Spirit can bring all of that spirit knowledge to our understanding, it doesn’t happen in an instance.

Can a person be known as a nice person and not have many friends?


Can a person who has received the Holy Spirit follow his own lead instead of God's? If he does, is he no longer as brother in the Lord?

Consider...

Saul was anointed of God through Samuel as King of Israel. He disobeyed God several times and was rejected by God.

David was anointed of God through Samuel as King of Israel. He disobeyed God several times, but he was never rejected by God.

The difference between the two men was what?

David stumbled as badly or worse than Saul, but David always accepted the blame, laying it on no one else and repented before God. Saul, on the other hand, tried to justify himself and never sincerely admitted the blame that was his alone.

When David was still in his unrepented sin, he needed to die to that sin. He needed to be renewed in his faith and obedience toward God. David was always willing to do that. If he had failed one time to truly repent, he would have been as lost as was Saul.

If they are the type who prefers to be alone.
Many Real Artists are like this, as they prefer to spend their time making their Art, honing their Craft .. vs being around people.

Consider a Concert Violinist or Concert Pianist... As they devoted at least 20 yrs of their life, to practice... vs, living on a Cell phone.. and going to the mall, and having a lot of friends...

Not everyone is a "people person".... and depending on what you want to do with your life... being a people person, will actually prohibit you from the Time you needed to spend, learning to do that Craft, that ART, so that you became the fullness of your dream.




Generally, what happens, is ... a believer is swept away into one of the 'isms"... a Cult, that seems "Christian"..

Why does this Happen?

Can be many reasons... .Maybe their family are all 'Mormons"... so, why would they have the 1st thought that, this cult.. is anything but True?

Paul shows us that we will become the Victim of a "man made" false Christianity... if we dont do what this verse says to do, with our heart.

Hebrews 13:9.

This verse shows us what to do with our Heart, OR.... what is going to happen if we dont is stated in the verse., and that means one of the man made "doctrines of Devils" (KJV) will capture your mind, and you are finished, other then to exist in the Cult, falsely believing you are giving your life to REAL Christianity.



We become The Friend of The Lord and a Son/Daughter of God, by FAITH..... when we were "yet sinners"....
So, our Salvation, was not established on our behavior.

"while we were YET SINNERS... Christ died for us"..

God "Justifies the UNGODLY", based on the Blood Atonement.........= Justification by faith...>>"not of works, (behavior) because people would boast that they did it, or they are doing it, or keeping it".... Of themselves., and many do exactly that who have no understanding of The Cross of Christ.

Saul was not a Christian.
He was a Jew, in the OT, so, what applies to Saul, has nothing to do with being a Born Again Christian.

An example..

Before the Cross..........you had to "forgive to be forgiven".....but after The Cross when our sin is dealt with by Jesus.. then..."we forgive BECAUSE we are forgiven".

See that change?
The CROSS Changed EVERYTHING... and that is why the NT, is not the OT... That is why the Old Covenant, had been replaced by the NEW Testament.. the NEW Covenant that is written in the BLOOD of Jesus.

God can't "Reject" a Born again family member, because you can't stop being born again, and also, there is no justification for God to do it.. once you are born again.

This is why 2 Corin 5:19, says that God does not Charge sin to the born again (Reconciled), and Romans 4:8 says the same..

Here is how to understand....>>"can't lose salvation".

Lets say a person, decided that...... "im not born of my mother any more... I have lost my faith in being her Son or Daughter... I HATE MY MOTHER< i wish she was dead.......I'd like to kill her"..

See that?

That person is still her son or daughter no matter how they behave or Think.
Why?
Its literally because.... You can never stop being born of the one who Birthed you.

So, to be BORN ... again.........Is to be BIRTHED Spiritually by GOD... = to eternally become "one with God, and In Christ'"'.... and they are IN the Born Again Christian.
"Temple of the Holy Spirit"..... "Christ in you, the hope of Glory", ...(Glory is Heaven).
That is a BIRTH... in the Spirit..... and that is not based on, or kept by, how we behave or think, LATER.

Birth's are permanent... always.

You can't stop being.... born.....again... = "IN Christ"...



Jesus is in the linage of Jesse, and David... so, that is unique.
However, They were never rejected by God, but David was certainly chastened... a few times.



Saul was elected by the People.
Saul was "people chosen".
David was elected by the Anointing of God.
David was "God chosen".



Saul was "allowed" to reign... and David was Chosen, by God. ,to be the King.

Not the same situation.




God said that ....."David is a man after His own heart".
So, David was always "God conscious", and even in the end, He was the same..
David had some "flesh" issues that men often have.......some pride, some lust... some deceit issues.

Saul never had the same relationship to God that David had... and that Solomon, had, as well.

Notice carefully..........that your verse that is written to Jews.... (Hebrews).... As the Apostle would not be trying to get born again Christians to re-trust in Christ) .

What you have in your verse, is Acts 28:28.. Its the same.

its Christ Rejecting Jews...... who "Like your FATHER's" rejected Christ as do you.. and so you JEWS (Hebrews) are "crucifying Christ Afresh"............ = Rejecting Christ just as those who wanted Jesus to be crucified.....

So....None of your verses teach that You can stop being "In Christ'..= born again.
But, many who dont understand Salvation......and wrongly view it like this....>>"Yes, Jesus started my Salvation, but now i have to keep it, earn it, perform for it, to try not to lose it".....

See, a Christian that has that wrong mind......no longer Trusts In Christ to KEEP them SAVED....so, that means their faith is ended, or broken.

Real faith, is always found as .... = I always trust in Christ to KEEP ME SAVED.""......as if the person does not..

= Then who are you trusting in to keep you saved ???????????????

A.) Yourself......and that is NO FAITH in Christ.....that is broken Faith, that is Legalism.

Paul says......>>"You are fallen from Grace". You are 'in the Flesh"..

This means that you have ("fallen from Grace") shifted from Faith in Christ...to get you to heaven.......to faith in your self effort to try to stay saved.

I don’t trust in Christ to keep my spirit Born Again...I know I’m in Christ, only by the power that is within me, the Holy Spirit who indwells my spirit and will never leave my spirit as it has been birthed by divine power, which is a Living spirit birth.,

I trust the Spirit to lead me into God’s truth and he does...I don’t trust him to keep me saved from eternal damnation, I knew that the moment Spirit gives birth to spirit.

No one can say Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is Alive and Active in all of his children , working in their hearts all day every day...

Having the Living Holy Spirit witness who you are in Christ, is mind blowing...none can give us the security that we are permanently birthed into Christ, other than his Living witness , the Holy Spirit.

The word of God is Alive and Active.

We have many within christendome who beleive as do a child they are following the SPIRIT .
Rather odd this spirit has led them to the lie of interfaith . MANY now beleive
it dont matter if one beleives JESUS IS THE CHRIST or not .
What they believe is a lie which uses the golden rule but does so out of text and denies HE who even GAVE US the GOLDEN RULE .
