For goodness sake these children (what? 3 years old programmed to believe they are gay). These, who are supposedly scared out of their mind have parents who are drinking in the MSM koolaid 24/7 of "Orange man bad! Orange man Hitler! Orange man is a dictator!" Doom and gloom. And rather than being honest and address the party of the koolaiders (the ones hyperventilating and screeching endlessly over the airways with their falsehoods) she takes up their pleas, and appeals to him be merciful (as if he was any of all that which they claim). How disengenuous.
How about those states with laws that allow minor children to receive irreversible surgery to Frankenstein them into the opposite sex?

Its child abuse, their pseudo science pays them well too.

No child is this sexually hung up by their own doing, these children are being groomed at every level. Whether its in the koolaid in being sold by the MSM, their own parents who tune into all the crazy. The children have it on the TV and see the crazy in their own parents but also get manipulated into by the rainbow haired school teachers who shame them for not being part of these (now accepted) perversions.

I might ask how is it not being merciful to any people to overlook/or cancel/or simply not impose any and all fines that would apply for entering into our country illegally? Only so far as it applies to illegal immigration that is.

Not only that, but offering to pay for their return trip back to their homeland?

That is very generous I think.

Even as the Lord shows us in this picture, when reckoning what is owed to him and to considered those who had not enough to pay him, as it says

But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.

Wait... wait... not that part (that was a little harsh) knee jerk reaction... keep reading

The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.

And this servant was even willing to work this off, he wasnt even going to ask for freebies and here is where his heart softens

Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.

And so we should go and do likewise, show compassion

And we as a nation we too could forgive any such debt for all the penalties (or fines) that should apply in this situation to all these people. And not only that, but we should go the extra mile and even and pay for their transportation back home.

That would be showing mercy, and going that extra mile.

Besides, that servant ended up taking the kindness of the Lord for granted anyway. Regardless he did first show mercy before judging the servant for not returning the same favor to others (and then locked him up).

Edit typo
This is the MERCY of God in actions right here.

I've been citing verses where Jesus says don't judge if you don't want to be judged, and that if you do judge you'll judged by the same measure, etc.
Jesus told His Jewish listeners this before Pentecost.

Matthew 7:7-2 - Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.

After pentecost, the Apostle Paul said this. After you have received the Holy Spirit by the shed Blood of Christ.

1 Corithians 2:15-17 -But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. 16 For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

You might consider Lux is Catholic.
They believe what their church tells them to believe.

Which is why most are Biblically illiterate.

The Problem with Interpreting Your Own Bible | Catholic Answers Magazine The Problem with Interpreting Your Own Bible
Like how their Pope tells nations that walls are no good and to takes in a bunch of immigrants while he sits on his throne surrounded by 20-30 foot walls

Is this true?

Vatican Wall Entry Fines

As of January 24, 2025, the Vatican City State has toughened sanctions for those who try to illegally enter its territory. Unauthorized entry into areas where free access is not allowed can result in monetary fines ranging from €10,000 to €25,000 (approximately $10,200 to $25,700) and prison sentences ranging from one to four years. Additionally, anyone convicted of illegal entry will be banned from entering Vatican territory for a period of up to 15 years. These penalties apply especially to those who enter by means of violence, threats, or deception, bypassing border controls or security systems.

Well, you dont say...

Where is Mr Mercy in this religion here?

Now explain what you think that means, because I don't think you realize it doesn't mean you think it does.

What does your Pope teach on having the mind of Christ? That it belongs to him? Because if so he is heavily fortified against illegal immigration (huge walls) and heavy fines for attempting to scale them and come into his country. So that would be the mind of Christ in the Pope in this instance wouldnt it be?

Do you support Trump's idea of building a wall to keep out people who enter by means of violence, threats, deception, bypassing border controls or security systems? Do you support our country fining and imprisoning people for illegal entry and so on?

I'm sure some are, but I'm just asking if you personally support Trump's idea of building a wall to keep out people who enter by means of violence, threats, deception, bypassing border controls or security systems? Do you support our country fining and imprisoning people for illegal entry and so on?

The Vatican could learn something from this example of mercy shown us by Jesus and I think doing as the U.S in this instance is shown by Jesus to be merciful

I think that one was another one that went over your head, but let me say yes, so I can show it to you again.

I think that one was another one that went over your head, but let me say yes, so I can show it to you again.

So, do you sincerely support Trump's idea of building a wall to keep out people who enter by means of violence, threats, deception, bypassing border controls or security systems? Do you sincerely support our country fining and imprisoning people for illegal entry and so on?

All countries (even the Vatican) have the right to protect their borders, and fine as they see fit. The Popes have been guilty of criticizing the building of walls and other nations for not receiving immigrants into others countries (not his) was the point.

And I believe in showing them mercy by forgiving the fines (since they do not have it to pay) and going the extra mile and paying for their return to their own homeland.

I dont know if your pope would handle it but thats the mercy I shared on but you did not comment on it.

What do you think? How is my idea of mercy in post #394 (which I bumped up twice) adding all of these things into them according to the Lords own words.

I support building the wall and properly vetting immigrants, and the admission of immigrants legally according to our laws. And whatever penalties the government has for breaking these laws.

Not to forget illegal entry into a country is a sin.Thou shalt not steal.
And when gangs, terrorists, and cartel's are entering, there's the sin of murder too.
