What I do know for sure with a gazillion cases in my lifetime is that the political Lib's are judged by a different standard than the political Republicans. Take for example if Trump's son had a laptop like Hunter Biden it would be 24/7 news and the Lib's would be calling for the death penalty. Only Republicans break the Law. Democrats just make mistakes.

Here is where your understanding of reality is distorted. Most people are aware that courtrooms are the one place you are most likely NOT to hear all the evidence.

It’s not that the jury heard evidence the public knows nothing about. Rather, the public is shocked by jury’s verdict only to find out later what evidence was withheld from the jury.

It is an undistorted view of reality to observe that evidence proffered by one side or the other (usually by both sides) gets excluded in every trial, because it is inadmissible under the Rules of Evidence (e.g., relevance, hearsay, lack of foundation, privilege, opinion, failure to disclose in advance, and so on). If the trial judge misapplies those Rules when admitting or excluding evidence, that is a legitimate ground for appeal. We haven't seen any list of appealable issues yet from the Trump team, but perhaps some evidentiary challenges will be included. As I write this, however, I am not aware of an incorrect ruling by the trial judge on admissiblity of evidence.

Investigation. We found this out a few years ago. But don't ask where to find the information on the Internet. Every truth that contradicts the current paradigm has been scrubbed.

I know how this must sound but I can't help it. I saw it happen so I know it happened, but like an eclipse you needed to be there. If someone wasn't looking for it they might have missed it.

A lot of independent sources of information are gone.

I was alive during the Tiananmen Square protest. We saw how the Chinese cut off all forms of communication so that the Chinese people were unable to communicate with the outside to tell the true story of what happened. Since all normal means were cut off, the Chinese dissidents reported the news via fax machine.

The internet was the "fax machine" of the America First movement until about 2018-2019. Today it is very difficult to find actual news.
