A third person opened the doors for the police when Paul Pelosi was being attacked. Who is that person?

This wasn't a break in 911 call ....it was identified as a "Wellness Check" However, in the report it is clearly stated that a third party answered and opened the door. Pelosi and the mental nudist involved in a pitched battle. The Police stood outside of the door and witnessed the defendant strike Pelosi .....Now I ask .... The police stood outside and waited for the assault? Is one of the charges "Illegal use of a hammer?" Who was the third person and why did the police not enter until the hammer struck Pelosi on the head?

On investigating the room of the assailant .... The walls are covered in leftist propoganda ....but MSNBC states this was an attack of the Empire of the Dark Side ..."That is not the droid you are looking for."
