Why have I been blocked?

I have not been able to reply to posts because a sign keeps coming up saying I have been blocked.

Yet no explanation as to why? Does anyone know?

I can guess why, but you are right, you really should be shown what it was you may have done wrong.

But, be aware that the TOS of almost all forums is deliberately structured and worded so that you can be found "wrong" for almost anything you post, if the administration desires to do so.

That is strange ...if anyone ought to be blocked it isn't you...unless I missed some nasty post.

At least you should have been TOLD why, if it has been done "too" you and not by mistake in the software.

It is not the first time I have been blocked here without explanation. Seems to be a common thing. Why? Who knows.

after I got off this site I tried to go to another commonly used site. M​

y security software/anti-virus application/ software on my computer blocked it with a message. The screen showed a message if this site was accidently blocked or not, to unblock it. Something to do with a heuristic check/analysis within my anti-virus software.....

I don't know if this helps any...

I think we all experience login problems once in a while...I did the other month. I thought I had been banned , but I had no idea what I could have said to cause that!

After about the third try I finally could login.

Being locked out is a very strange feeling indeed!!
A thousand things go through your mind.
At the time all I could think was, " I will have to ask Amadeus in an email.
And get him to ask a couple of the Admins why I can't login."
Then I tried one more time...and it worked! :)

It MUST be some glitch with the Site itself....
Sometimes it takes me many tries.

No problems here, guess I'm behaving myself? Hahaha. Gotta be a glitch somewhere.

Actually, because no one else uses my laptop, I often do not even bother logout, for that reason....it can take too many attempts to get back in!! Ha!!

I think that the site security programs 'see' a string of text that mimic or appears as a virus or malware. It stops the text from being entered or logged into the site database as a completed post. 'Cutting and pasting' actually leaves code or symbols you cannot see in your text and it is seem as a threat to the integrity of the site.
