If men continue to say Satan the fallen angel is still around today - those are the traditions of man. If God has defeated Satan as promised in the beginning of Genesis then this must be true.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil who had deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are; and they shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Matthew, I don't where you or anyone else gets this idea that satan does not exist?
If you were to read Revelation chapter 20, where we read of satan being "bound", verse 3 is very clear, "to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore". Are you saying that people in this world are no longer being deceived? If you do, then I am sorry to tell you, that the devil has deceived you into believing this LIE!
No one said that Satan never existed. Yes that nations are the surrounding nations of that time period, not a "WORLD WIDE"' thing people believe in.

the Greek "Σατανᾶς" literally means "an adversary"! What Peter was saying to Jesus is AGAINST what Jesus was saying. Jesus was not referring to Peter as satan!

IF satan no longer exists, then WHO is deceiving this world? WHO is causing people to SIN? WHO is attacking True Christians very single day, and causing them to SIN???
Who said that there is? human beings can deceive other human beings
Apparently God told Cain, to be careful in his anger, and frustration cause sin is crouching at the door - you must master and subdue those thoughts - today you have the spirit of Christ do help you. He never said Satan is at the door.

Notice that it is at the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, that: "the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming"

What about those people in Revelation who received all 22 chapters?
They couldn't have been lied to about all the coming upons them, and - the near time of Jesus and his return?
Satan would have lied about that, trying to decieve them from believing right?

The FACT is that the Bible is very clear, that the devil/satan will ONLY be destroyed at The Second Coming of Jesus Christ. As this is a future Event, then satan is very much with us today!
Your personal beliefs mean nothing when they are refuted by the Infallible Word of God!

I don't THINK about what the Bible CLEARLY Teaches, I simply ACCEPT and BELIEVE!
You cannot argue and win against what the Bible Teaches. It is the Word of God
I have nothing further to say to you on this, as you have already made up your mind, even though the Bible is AGAINST what you believe!
