WOW. So, let me get this straight - YOUR sect baptizes, "In the name of YHVH, Jesus Christ and DOVE"??You fell for my trap.
You, along with most of Christendom do not know what the name of the son is.
So, you should be actually baptizing in whatever name you want to call the Father or the Holy Ghost, but must say "Jesus" when baptizing.
Instead, all of you refuse to name the son's actual name.
Like this, 'I baptize you in the name of the Father(YHWH etc), Jesus Christ and The Holy Ghost(Dove etc)".
All this is about from the Nicene council is eradicating the name of Jesus from baptism.
You really should see that, because it is as obvious as the nose on your face.
Those are the words of Baptism used in your quasi-Christian sect??
The Father's name isn't "YHVH" and the Holy Spirit's name isn't "Doce".
The "dove" is just a symbol of the Holy Spirit - as shown in Matt. 3.
Matt. 3:16
And when Jesus had been baptized, just as he came up from the water, suddenly the heavens were opened to him and he saw God’s Spirit descending LIKE a dove and alighting on him.
Good grief, Einstein.
As to the Father - "YHVH" is the name of the GODHEAD (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) - NOT just the Father. The SAME Godhead who uttered the following verse:
Genesis 1:26
Then God (YHVH) said, "Let US make mankind in OUR image, in OUR likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
So, I ask you AGAIN, Einstein - since YOU think that we need to mention the Trinity by NAME, and you refuse tpo accept your Lord Jesus Christ's words of Baptism -
WHAT is the name of the Father?
WHAT is the name of the Holy Spirit?
I suggest you go BAK to my last post (#972), where I gave you a Linguistics Lesson with regards to the Hebrew word used for "Name" (ονομα/on'-om-ah).
Remember - the Bible wasan't written in English, son . . .
PS - ANY of your equally-ignorant and confused anti-Trinitarian cronies are welcome to jumpo in here with the answer . . .
