Ummmmmm, the "
line upon line, precept upon precept" is a PUNISHMENT, not reward. :)
But regarding the Prophetic Psalms, the concept is better than the book, but you have to read the Psalms in context with the 1900's to receive what GOD has for his children. And the more you know about modern Jewish history, the more the Psalms align with those years. -- But let me ask if you're aware that the Daniel 9 "
going forth of the word" is NOT from a
man-king but from GOD HIMSELF (according to Edward Young). And if there were a Psalms which provided that "
going forth of the word", it would have to pre-date Psalms 48. So now I'll ask, -- which Psalms provides that "
going forth of the word"?
Jeremiah 33:3 Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things which you have not known.
