mmm...sounds yummy!
we have Falafel in our supermarkets but the only people who buy that are usually vegetarians or folks who can't eat meat. Some things sound familiar like Moraccan cigars. They kinda remind me of Cornish pasties except they are deep fried rather than baked. I'm thinking that Houmous is our Hummus here - A chickpea based dip.

If you came to my country, I'd have to take you to the "Parachute Festival". A three day, annual Music event featuring most of our national Christian bands, solo artists, preachers and evangelists. This also includes international artists and speakers as well. Last year we had Chris Tomlin. Third day played one year and Hillsong from Australia are there regularly. The festival has a number of stages where various events and musicians are playing non-stop, for three days. Most folks camp there in tents as it is all farmland. The only problem is that if you want to get some sleep....you need to camp away from the stages...
