What things? Jesus asked the two disciples after he was resurrected. In Luke 24 notice that Jesus drew near as they spoke of him and his deeds. That's a great prompting for us to praise him with our testimonies, not just in song. He draws near. It's a principle with God. Where two or more gather in his name to share his wonderful deeds then there he is manifesting himself in the midst of them just as he did in John 20:19. Amen, and and I believe that I also have the spirit of God.

Jehovahs witnesses that came to visit and knew many scriptures but had NO testimony. My wife and I dumped a truckload of testimonies on them, things Jesus had done for us. They practically ran away and no answer. The blood and the words of our testimony caude the enemy to hear the sound of a mighty army.

"like" down to the bolded part, fwiw, where you started adding iow; there is no "two or more" in Scripture wadr.
Also them John guys don't seem to apply there, they were in fear right, not sharing any wonderful deeds?
