The Apostles were the last word for God to us.

We cannot keep on inventing doctrines from new and improved "apostles".

The Apostles of Jesus had a "yea and amen" doctrine.

Modern fake apostles have an "oh my" doctrine.

doctrine or truth is immutable and cannot change
There can be no new doctrine

Christ appointed apostles
The apostles have the same authority and power Jn 21:23
They alone can appoint new apostles till Christ returns Matt 28:19-20
Acts 1 Peter make Mathias an apostle

I see what you Catholics believe...

For there is one God, and 2 mediators between God and men, the POPE AND THE man Christ Jesus

No only Christ
And the vicar of Christ
Vicar refers to Jesus not Peter

Jesus Christ continues HIS ministry in His new covenant church thru Peter, the apostles, and their successors with the same mission, power, and authority!
Mt 16:18 Mt 28:19 Acts 1:17 acts 8:31 & 35 acts 9:4 Lk 10:16 Jn 8:32 Jn 13:20 Jn 15:5 Jn 16:13 Jn 20:21-22 eph 2:20 acts 2:42 1 Tim 3:15

Jesus Christ shares or extends his mission, power, and authority to His church of His apostles!

Even His judging!
Matt 19:28
His teaching authority!
Matt 28:19 and Jn 20:21
His power to forgive sins!
Jn 20:23
His being the light of the world!
Matt 5:14
His ministry of reconciliation!
2 cor 5:18
Apart from me you can do nothing. Jn 15:5
So the church is subject to Christ!
Eph 5:24

Tradition means teaching!

Divine tradition: the personal teaching of Jesus Christ to His church of the apostles!

Apostolic tradition: extension of the divine tradition to all time and places
Universal, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit to safeguard the truth and teach all nations!

Right, but not anyone after the 12 died.

What is a vicar?

Is he a wiccan priest or something?

Is there such thing in the Bible as a vicar?

what are the requirements for a person to do so?

Being Born again of the Holy Spirit is the ONLY requirement. THEN you can begin growing in maturity in the Word. Jesus said "take MY YOKE upon you, and Learn of Me". read the Bible, join with other Christian, and grow Spiritually. And when HE leads you in a certain direction GO THERE.

pope Isa 22:21-22

every “saint” has power to absolve men of their sins against God? Jn 20:23

Nope the Blood of Jesus is the perfect SIN OFFERING that BY FAITH cleanses from sin. Only HE can absolve anybody from sin. The nice priest has no such power.

learn of me refers to his virtues

born again is not of the Holy Spirit alone
Jn 3:5 water (baptism) and the spirit
Mk 16:16 acts 8:36-38 ez 36:25/27

You've been well propagandized by your cult. Baptism has nothing to do with being Born Again of the Holy Spirit, which follows Conviction of SIN, Surrender, repentance, and calling out in FAITH (that God gifts) Eph 2:8,9.
