Hello @Johann,

I try to communicate with others, if you just desire to share things like that by all means sir. I still have both you and ritajanice on ignore. There is a reason for it, and typically it's because of opposition of what is being said, and also the lack of sharing from a maturity point of understanding. It's not a looking down on either of you, it's just because I can not handle either one of you. Only God can truly do that.
I cannot handle you either.

J.

Hello @Lambano,

It would look similar to the way Christ Jesus lived. He hung out with the lowly people, he loved a good party, but he also was reviled, unliked by many all at the same time as post #2, shows concerning the sufferings he did go through, if we suffer with him, we also glory with him. When in the cases people are mean to us we don’t revile back at them. These are importantly some things to most certainly consider.

I don’t see anyone here personally as an enemy, there are many people though who truly go by their feelings, rather than truth.

:grinning:

Agreed. That is also what being a son or a daughter of God might look like.

Is this a simple process, or a difficult one?

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

“So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.” For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children. And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭15‬-‭17‬ ‭NLT‬‬
Being a son or daughter of the Lord requires an honest attempt to do the Lord's will, I think.

Hello @Lambano,

I don’t think it might look like that; it is what his sufferings was. It would be a reflection of such things even such as being despised and a person full of sorrows. While I believe people can think what it might look like the Bible scripture show what is and Jesus lived the life of what was. If he lives in us and he moves us as the spirit moves us; being despised by people (though not looking to be despised as to pretend) but even truth is despised. Is it not? I’m just speaking because of these things I’ve just recently relearned; going through some from the www.cult.love courses. He uses the Bible to justify his stances and I believe what we may think or what we may feel can sometimes be lies, compared to truth. However I digress may the Lord be magnified in truth, and may the things I say that be wrong be forgotten. It is after all self imposed on the reflector, whom desires to allow God to move in and through them; despite their feelings, as many people do like to implement emotionalism in their religious practices, in certain a churches etc… I don’t personally go to church and sometimes it is because the word is not really taught it sometimes is relatively barely touched. Not necessarily because of the people themselves.
