Using foil in cooking is never good because it leeches metals into the food. Traditional island methods is to use banana or taro leaves. The only fish I've had fried is rainbow trout and it was pretty good. But it's best to grill it so any fishy taste drops down and off the fish. I don't use tinfoil either. I don't like to lock in the fishy taste. Fish has oils in it that taste fishy and it needs to grill off.
Oh. And because of the nature of this thread I am NOT suggesting any recipe that would include the above. If this were an Asian web site however... Just sayin'Coaxed this fella out from under the car seat after it fell from the sun visor in the car.View attachment 19421

The lion and the unicorn are on the English coat of arms.![]()
This was a good idea to chat rather than a thread where my mind is absorbed. It relaxed me. I might get to sleep before midnight or 2 a.m. wow…
The Lion and the Unicorn are symbols of the United Kingdom. They are, properly speaking, heraldic supporters appearing in the full royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom. The lion stands for England and the unicorn for Scotland. The combination therefore dates back to the 1603 accession of James I of England who was already James VI of Scotland. By extension, they have also been used in the arms of Hanover between 1837–1866 and the arms of Canada since 1921.There are no lions in the UK and unicorns don't exist... Please explain the meaning of this false advertising my dear...;)

I just asked hubby to being me some Hardee's. Yum. Y'all have Hardee's where y'all are at?
For awhile I would have Hardee's every Sunday, but I do now on occasion these days.
