I have made a strong instant coffee in about a cup of warm milk and some sort of sweetener...now, this is not something I'd do now because I've cut out processed sugars. But I used to make the strong coffee+milk mixture and add caramel and chocolate syrups to it ...and use that mixture to make coffee ice cream shakes. And I'd use an array of different kinds of ice cream. It was delicious! (But I don't recommend people overdose on sugar. lol)

I drink about 80ozs of berkey filtered water every day...usually room temperature. :)

Nah...you did a good thing. I seldom buy ice cream. I lost 60 pounds and I don't want to gain it back. Though I don't sleep-eat anymore. LolLOL ....I should be ashamed of myself for encouraging this!

My kids would say, "Dad, it's all gone because you ate it last night!" I say, "No, I didn't. I'd remember if I did!"Wait ... sleep-eat?
One day we were watching a video about a medical condition where one would get up at night, eat, and have no memory the next day. They called it sleep eating.
I looked at my son and as he looked at me, he exclaimed, "That's what you have, Dad!" I couldn't argue.
I don't have that problem anymore.

Some sort of bowel prep for a colonoscopy. Taste like NyQuil. I’m so glad I spent all day peeing out the wrong whole just too find out my pre procedure test revealed I have Covid. If this is Covid I seriously don’t recommend the shot. I think my nose ran once. My at home test said I didn’t have Covid. What a joke.
Man that is a bummer. I only have to get Covid tests when I go to my specialist. Thankfully.
Something about cold water that just makes it better.

What about the watered-down stuff they serve on airlines? (Fortunately, I haven't had to fly anywhere since the Covid shutdowns.) Yuck.

The Taster's Choice Instant stuff my mom loved? If life gave mulligans, I'd have bought Mom a Keurig for Christmas and then sent her a few gift packs of K-cups every Christmas, birthday, Easter, and Mother's Day. Miss her. Hey, Mother's day is coming up here in the U.S. For those of you whose Mom's are still alive, let 'em know you love 'em, okay?
