Russia v. Ukraine is a form of the E. Roman Empire v. W. Roman Empire. Ukraine appeared to look to the West to justify autonomy and separation from the Russian Federation. I personally believe the 2 halves of the old Roman Empire will unite again. Russia will have to end its competition with the West.

Thanks, I do enjoy the history, brother. I have some Penguin books on these migrations, so I can compare notes. However, it helps if you make the relevant points you wish to make, unless it is simply that the Pope is a corrupting influence? Later....
