Because I have seen multiple reports from multiple hospital chiefs and heads of ER's who report that their hospitals are filling with covid patients who are "unvaxxed". I admit I am incapable as a mere human to watch every single news channel available, so maybe I missed the one that announces the hospitals are filling witrh "vax" patients.

And as for teh term vaccine? Like I said, they can call it vanilla pudding for all I care. And no I don't lose a scintilla of sleep over teh fact that a non vaccine is called a vaccine. Given the state of education in America, I would venture a wager that about 80% of the population do not know th difference "technically" between a vaccine and a shot anyway. But to them a shot in the arm to fight a disease is a vaccine.

They are asked if there were any reactions or complications and the answer has been no. Between the three people like me who ask these questions, there are over 250 people at least. My family and the people I know have not had any reactions.

But I do know of a person who is close who has suffered permanent serious damage from chemo and radiation therapy to battle cancer. it hurts me to think of it but I also know that all medications are a risk. Covid shots have empirically reduced teh number of serious infections and reduced the number of deaths. Is it as good as it could be? Probably not. Given the nature of knoweldge about the NOVEL(new) corona virus-19 that was around and th evirulence and climbing death tolls, they sped upi the noirmal process after reduced testing.

will they modify the shot as time goes on and they research more and see more reactions and effectiveness? I imagine they will. But given the choice of rushing out a shot to reduce death (not get rid of it) and serious illness versus wait teh 8-10 years it would normally take- I will fora scoeity give warp speed 2 thumbs up.

Well if you want to use anecdotal evidence I know 5 people who have had adverse reactions from the vaccine.
One had a skin rash
One was hospitalized. Not sure why
Two have heart problems now.
One is only 24yo was fit healthy young man with his life destroyed now
One has cancer now.

In contrast I know no one that has been hurt by covid...

There are several drugs that can be used to treat covid.
Hydroxicriquine was made famous when Trump said he was taking it. The result was total vilification of the drug. Banned in many places
Ivermectin is the one that Craig Kelly got sacked for talking about. Banned here after they noticed it was getting used to treat covid.

And there are others. A question worth asking your doctor is this...
How will you treat me if I get covid?
Right answer is medication
