No just to accept his forgiveness. So we need to repent to God every time we sin to get resaved?

No just to accept his forgiveness. So we need to repent to God every time we sin to get resaved?
If they have repented.Gods grace is given to those who receive him
But if we are not forgiven. Are we not dead again? No just to accept his forgiveness.
Who is going to Recieve him that has not repented? If they have repented.
It is as Jesus said in John 3, those who have not believed in him are already condemned.Who is going to Recieve him that has not repented?
Yes. So to come to faith (belief) do they not have to repent to believe? It is as Jesus said in John 3, those who have not believed in him are already condemned.
Of course and because God requires repentance in order to apply salvation, forgiveness of sins etc etc,Yes. So to come to faith (belief) do they not have to repent to believe?
For salvation, I would say God still loves them, and this love is a light that leads them to him.Of course and because God requires repentance in order to apply salvation, forgiveness of sins etc etc,
How do we dare to expect Christians to do what God does not do.
That is to expect Christians to forgive those who have not repented.
And we are back adding to what scripture teaches. For salvation, I would say God still loves them, and this love is a light that leads them to him.
for someone who sins against us. i would say Peter was told to forgive his brother 70 X 7 times..
once again. And we are back adding to what scripture teaches.
God forgives those who repent.
That is taught All through the bible.
It is our willingness to hold on to a grudge or a slight etc that is the cause of the many, many instructions to forgive.
How do you fit luke17:3 into your understanding of forgiveness?
The new testament is built upon the old testament, it does not remove it or invalidate it.
Without the old testament there is no new testament, as you have confirmed.God's moral law, which has been around since the beginning, is always applicable.
But the rules and requirements of the law of Moses are not in the New Testament since the law has been changed due to the fact Jesus is the new High Priest
Yes the moral laws apply to every one, including Christians who should naturally obey/follow them due to the indwelling holy spirit.
let us cast the matter as far as the east is from the west, and move on to a new relationship of friendship and trust.
Jesus did not forgive his killers. He handed them over to God the Father to see that justice was done.First off; Jesus on the cross said "Father forgive them for they know not what they do". We also learn that Jesus forgave the whole world on the cross, since all have sinned, Jesus died for all, and having died for all, forgave all
We as imitators of Jesus follow his example freely forgiving those who repent and passing those who don't or won't over to God to deal with.
It helps if you read what I write and also remember what scripture teaches.if someone does you dirty and they refuse to repent... do you still forgive them?
Try to learn forgiveness is dependent on repentance
Yet Jesus taught the need for repentance. No, if they do not repent... we need to still forgive them.
If we don't, then we reap what we sow which is... no forgiveness for us either.
Galatians 6:7 (see Gen 8:22)
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Ain't no way around this one... those that claim there is are mocking God whether they know it or not!
