Here's my take on this incident, for what it's worth. I don't think many are considering that there was background to this, as well as that Zelensky was exploiting his visit to the USA and also that on-camera meeting to score PR points. Which was disrespectful in itself to the new administration. Did you hear what Z said that provoked Trump's response? Most missed it or disregarded it. He was on camera in the Oval Office trying to score more PR points and continuing on camera to argue with the President and dig in his heels about a ceasefire.....as well as telling Trump that it's all right for him to talk because he has an ocean between him and the threat of Russia. That was not a respectful way for him to talk to the elected President and Vice-President of the nation which has already given him a HUGE amount of support in this war at the expense of the same hard working electorate who had voted for them, especially in public and on camera. It was then that Trump and Vance became somewhat indignant and put him in his place. The "optics" weren't the greatest but should we rush to judgment based on optics or on the truth? And of course the liberal mainstream media jumped all over it as usual without examining or reporting all the facts....no doubt to Zelensky's delight and maybe even his deliberate calculation.
The wry comments about Zelensky's manner of dressing was because he always wears battle fatigues in public in order to appear to be in solidarity with the Ukranian soldiers who are suffering and dying in this war, but meanwhile he and his wife are wealthy and live in the lap of luxury while his men suffer and die in the miserable conditions of battle. So his manner of dressing is hypocritical and for the purpose of PR. Consider also that Trump and Vance know more about this man and Ukranian corruption than the general public is privy to.

You have not been paying attention.... ever since the war started, he's been begging countries to send them money and equipment.
Yeah, that's when Zelensky was attempting to gas light Americans.
In my opinion he was behaving as someone who feels entitled.
I thought we were only speaking of the latest meeting, not prior.
Zelensky should still be treated with respect, even if he was begging, which Trump and Vance did not do. They jumped all over him, which neither of them should have done.
I think this will just be another case of you all will see what you want to see and that Trump never does anything wrong and the rest of us will just believe as we believe.
I thank God for Trump... but that doesn't mean I serve Trump, nor does it mean that I am unaware that:

Panama, and the reason the USA did put more in lives and money into any project ever (based upon the value of money at the time) was that having a quicker way to get shipping (especially our shipping!!!) from the Atlantic to the Pacific and vis-versa. However China, while having a large number of Christians, is not a Christian nation. It is a historical place of persecution of Christians. And it seems to be an enemy of the USA, by their actions of recent times. China had built up controls, and not just by coincidence, in and over the Panama Canal. What type of wisdom does a President have, who allows that to happen and not take some action? (Biden) So Trump is for the USA. So, Trump is a deal maker (God is also a deal maker in case you have not figured that out) If you don't take the Lord up on His deal, Hell awaits you.

Now with Canada and even Mexico, have they been treating the USA fairly as a close friend, or a place in which to make money off of? Why is it we have so many drugs, even dangerous drugs coming into this country and killing our population? And not just drugs but people from all over coming through them to get into our country for all the benefits they can get from us. Yes, we want to have friendly relationships with our neighbors, but is that how friends treat you?
So Trump, since he ran on making America great again, is stopping the massive illegal immigration problem, that Biden and the Democrats caused!! And he is also working to stop the drug problems with is killing more citizens to the United States than ever before! So is Trump going to take over Panama, make Canada the 51st state, or invade Mexico? It's doubtful, but might Trump take action if these problems don't get better quick. Yeah he might, which is why we are seeing actions in all those countries to help solve these issues. So Trump is keeping his promise, he is showing to be the leader we need at the moment to be President of our country, and our country needs to be one nation under God!!!
I loved it when I saw prayer in the name of Jesus Christ in the President's cabinet meeting. I don't even remember seeing a cabinet meeting under Biden. Of course he was normally on vacation, missing more days of work than any President, I think I read.
And as for Greenland, that is obviously for the safety of the USA. I doubt Trump is really looking to take it over either, but we could use the protection from Russian aggression, and they might want the protection also. Is it not even wise to consider the mutual benefit of such a thing? Of course it is. Maybe a deal that benefits both might come to pass on an airbase, or something else similar. A deal maker checks into possibilities.
King Solomon was supposed to be the wisest man to ever live (barring Jesus the Christ who is the Word of God and God) and king Solomon was a big time deal maker!!!!! And he fortified the cities of Isreal so that he could make the deals from a position of strength. Are we really reading our Bibles and not seeing the similarities. There was peace during the time of king Solomon, because he was a man of wisdom to made deals from a position of strength!!!
So, we see Trump making deals, wise deals, with the other countries around us, from a position of strength. He is trying to settle wars, like he did with Afghanistan, and all Biden had to do was complete the peace deal in an appropriate manor and messed it up. And now President Trump has to get us out of Ukraine, because Biden got us into that. And Trump supports Isreal as does the Lord our God, but not the powers, principalities and dark spiritual forces of this world.

And there is a door (Jesus Christ) so I can go in and out, and find rest. But you have to actually listen to Him for that.

Thanks for sharing your personal opinion which is in error in this case.
Bottom line here is... the one who is sitting in a position of weakness which is where Zelensky sits needs to be courteous and respectful towards those that are in a position to help them which is where Trump and Vance are sitting.
Zelensky screwed the pooch because now Trump is about to cut ALL aid to Ukraine which needs to be done to shake things up seeing our own nation is over $36 Trillion in debt and is facing economic disaster to the point we don't need to be giving anything to anybody right now until we get our own affairs in order.
The liberals apparently think the US should go ahead and start a war with Russia over Ukraine so as such let's just send children of liberals to die in Ukraine since this is what liberals seem to be wanting.
Like it or not, Russia has thousands of nukes and they could destroy our nation so we need to play somewhat nice with them to stop the war in Ukraine and since Ukraine has zero leverage they are not in a position to be demanding concessions as Zelensky is trying to do... which is what caused this dust up.
The folks in Europe are adults... so maybe we need to cut of ALL aid to Europe across the board and let them deal with Putin on their own for a while and see how that works out for them.
The US cannot continue being the world police.
