It was an lawfare sham of a trial. It was illegal because the statue of limitations had expired on most of the allegations. Also, it is not illegal to enter into a non- disclosure agreement,so that charge was fraudulent.

The judge in the case should be up for judicial review and disbarred. He was a donor to the Biden campaign. And his daughter volunteered for the Biden campaign. The judge was therefore required to recuse himself,but didn't.
