I think people like Walz, do believe their own lies !
I have come across such people and everyone in the Town knows two people who are like that, it's a mentle issue. I was talking to a Cop of the Town and a mate mentions one of them, and the Cop was so funny directly that we all had a good laugh ! he knew him as well, like very well !
