I wanted to give some proper direction from my learning under God and others regarding fact finding investigations from information sources to better achieve an understanding regarding subjects.

It is important to base our beliefs on factual, truthful information presented to us thru any source we encounter. I'm not sure how often sufficient information to assess factual truth regarding a subject happens. That might be especially true on social media, news documentaries. It is definitely true that factual information during communication with others is not necessarily true, whether they are a trusted source or not.

We as Christians have the Old and New Testament which we are encourage to believe. And there are many different interpretations which might confuse the subject.

It is true that the source of information presented can greatly increase or decrease the validity of factual or imaginary information.

We are born in this world as little children and must be taught by our parents, siblings, friends and teachers what facts about our world, culture and other areas are true. And that is probably how we form our early belief system.

Beliefs can be difficult to let go of and change when more truthful information is presented on a subject. That is especially true when we have invested a great deal of effort or time into a false idea or imaginary idea. And that might also be further supported by social group encouragement of accepting some false or imaginary idea. That can be embedded in a personality thru peer pressure, social pressure, governmental pressure, and other admired groups. I don't suspect that groups we don't admire enter our belief systems as easily.

If a person or persons are subject to variations of material, some truthful and some imaginary or false, then the belief system of the personality becomes infected.

As Christians we accept that Satan and is dark angels are workers of deception and thereby murders.

John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.

Sometimes news reports repetitious articles on minorities, like black person, middle eastern person, asian person, caucasian persons, other nationalities as well as mentally ill reports. They are often a few reports repetitiously presented that if encountered sometimes has the affect of repetitious conditioning to enforce a false belief. The idea is that if an abusive parent tells their child over and over again that they are stupid, eventually they will believe that lie. On the flip side of that two way direction: if a considerate and encouraging parent tells their child over and over again that they are intelligent and points out situations where they have acted or responded intelligently they will probably believe that and perhaps feel it as self respect. And all those ideas can give us true or false beliefs.

A student in science hopefully is directed correctly in that we never really know what truth is in the world around us. We have theories that best describe evidence measured and encountered in science. The scientific investigation is best conducted in a fact finding way, and with each fact, if another fact is presented that may change the suspicion that something is truthful then that adds to a information base that is helpful. That is a portion of the scientific method.

There is the old idea that we are born with 5 or more senses, including sight and physical nervous system. If a person walks into a door, they will encounter perhaps with force and that might cause a pain sensation that we now can view the door visually and then assess it is what we call solid. And those ideas we can easily accept as true.

It is interesting to me when I consider the idea of a jury of peers in a court proceeding. What is a peer and are they a trusted source of educated ideas regarding an investigation into facts. I often wonder about the thought, feeling and belief system of a persons individual brain and heart and whether they can honestly arrive at a proper and educated conclusion as a general jury of peers record court rulings. And that area is an interesting study area for general population subjects regarding the percentage of information gained thru life, and the individuals assessment of which information encounters is true or false.

I certainly having a scientific mind and enjoy fact finding investigations do not believe in the idea that a person can assess whether information is true or false. I like to carry with me the most believable information I have researched to be likely true, and disregard other information that fails a evidence level truth.

In a court of law some of the evidence might be video, audio, items and other evidence. Lastly the other form they consider in a court of law as evidence is a witness statement. If someone has watched a court preceding they may encounter the lawyers in the prosecution or opposing defense attempt to discredit the trust and therefor believably of a witness and therefore encourage rejecting the witness account statement.

A word about the general level of a persons thoughts and feelings as they encounter the massive amounts if information presented to them which is either true or false information that affect their beliefs: we call that idea a degree of paranoia. I didn't find the old and accurate definition of paranoia on the current internet sites. That proper definition is "believing in something that is not true" or "believing in lies". For instance, crimes against a person can often be committed by agitated individuals that are presented with deceptions about that potential victim. That idea is presented as a crime under God in the old testament and is described as the dangers of bearing false witness against our brothers and sisters under God. In a court of law that can cause wrongful imprisionment which can then lead to death if encountering dangerous criminals while in prison. There are many other harms regarding false witness, including defamation of character and other serious problems like discrimination that that victim may encounter after the crime of false witness is committed.

Genesis 20:16 “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

The scary word for the day is "paranoia" and that comes in degrees among the population of the world. I looked up the definition as presented on the internet from Oxford languages definition of "paranoia" web search result. That definition stated:

1. unjustified suspicion and mistrust of other people or their actions.
2. the unwarranted or delusional belief that one is being persecuted, harassed, or betrayed by others, occurring as part of a mental condition.

I also scanned for the Psychiatric definition of "paranoia" and the following website came up:

Paranoia and Delusional Disorders

From the website I witnessed a suspicious picture which often is the case for certain mental health areas. It present a female strange picture. I wondered if the viewers were supposed to get the eerie feeling of creepiness from that picture. Affect on readers might be stereotyping and also perhaps discrimination based on appearance. I'm not sure a honorable or respectable organization would present that. Here is the first sentence from that definition:

"Paranoia involves intense anxious or fearful feelings and thoughts often related to persecution, threat, or conspiracy."
