While Moses was leader, God slew many Israelites, and preserved many Israelites.
He did not deal with Israel as a unit.
He dealt with them individually according to their individual faithfulness and obedience, or individual unfaithfulness and disobedience.
As He always has.
God slew many within the nation, and preserved many within the nation.
He did not treat Israel as a unit, but dealt individually with the individuals within it.

Exodus 19:3-8 KJV
3) And Moses went up unto God, and the LORD called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;
4) Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.
5) Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:
6) And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
7) And Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces all these words which the LORD commanded him.

37) Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.

OK, got it!
While you think God cancelled His promised to one people and then made that promise to another people, I think God keeps His promises according as He made them.
And what would stop God from cancelling His promise to you? I don't see God the way you see Him it seems.

I've learn to live by the promises of God. That's the kind of certainty I have.

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

God speaks to the "Remnant of Israel" as being his people, who are the elect according to God's foreknowledge, not a "National Israel" as you falsely claim

7 For thus saith the Lord; Sing with gladness for Jacob, and shout among the chief of the nations: publish ye, praise ye, and say, O Lord, save thy people, the remnant of Israel.
God doesn't have an elect Nation in the middle east called Israel as you suggest
Only the remnant elect Jew will be saved by God's forekowledge and added to (The Church), "National Israel Is Blinded"
You act as if the scripture below doesn't exist "Why"?

On 911, the twin towers were bombed and even though only a fraction of the US population were killed, this was still an attack on the US.
A fraction of individuals in the population were killed.
The overwhelming majority of the population was not attacked.
Hundreds of millions of individuals were not attacked.

No, I understand some passages in different ways than you do, and underneath it all I have some different suppositions, such as that I still believe God keeps His promises.
