2 Thes. 1:7-9 and Rev. 20:14 says it all about WHEN the 2nd death IS!!

2 Thes. 1[7] And to you who are troubled rest with us, WHEN the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
[8] In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
[9] Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

[10] WHEN he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in THAT day.

Rev. 20
[14] And death and hell [the graves] were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Nothing living will be left alive
, and all that are in their graves will be burned up into nothing left.
NOTHING left alive means no more death.

Conclusion:
Heb. 12
[29] For our God is a consuming fire.

2 Peter 3
[10] But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein. shall be burned up.
[12] Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements [soil, dirt, earth] shall MELT [molten lava] with fervent heat?

Lake of fire??
Indeed it will be!! The whole GLOBE will be a lake of MOLTEN LAVA.

You might as well quit trying to post irrelevant Bible Scripture that you think supports your false argument. It doesn't.

And I cannot help you because the Scripture revelation of why Rev.20 mentions a "FIRST resurrection" is OVER YOUR HEAD, because it automatically INFERS at least one more resurrection like it.

There will be NO "left overs", because Rom. 8:9 SAYS SO!!
Zechariah 14:16-21 of course reveals you are wrong.

Who do you think Christ's future reign with the "rod of iron" is for, saved Christians? I'd bet you haven't even bothered to read the Psalms 2 Scripture where that future "rod of iron" reign over the nations is first mentioned.

The "wicked dead", having not the Holy Spirit of God, cannot be resurrected back to life of any kind.
Jesus in John 5:28-29 with His mention of the "resurrection of damnation" once again reveals you are wrong!

So why even bother to post if all you are going to do is LIE against the written Bible Scripture?

To "infer" is to fabricate an assumption, based on "the wisdom of men", and not by "the mind of Christ", that is within all born again Christians.

Unfortunately, church-ianity has made a quagmire out of the Truth. That is NOT where our faith should stand, but rather in that which is by the power of the Holy Spirit, aka the mind/Spirit of Christ. 1 Cor. 2:5.

All, who have been deluded by such, must come to terms with the Truth that ONLY Jesus is the FIRSTborn from the dead, and truly is The FIRST Resurrection.

Now, either professing Christians are "taking part" in His FIRST resurrection NOW, or they are not.
If not, then Rom. 8:9 applies, which can be said that they are NOT "PARTakers of the divine nature", but rather "have a form of godliness, DENYING the power thereof", and therefore are nothing but "Religionists" in sheep's clothing, pushing the leaven of the Pharisees.

Yes! Absolutely YES!! The "rod of iron" is for shepherding, and definitely IS FOR the "saved of the nations".
How does a "rod of iron" rule, when it is unleashed and weilded in a room full of "clay pots"? It breaks them into "shivers"
Rev. 2: 26-27.
We as born again Christians have Christ's authority now, by exhortinging/admonishing "the saved of the nations" to cease from walking in their sinful flesh, but rather to walk in the Spirit, aka the mind of Christ [the divine nature].
(See also: Rom. 8:1-14. Heb. 12[6] For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth* every son whom he receiveth.)
*Note
: Strong's G3146: μαστιγόω
to flog (literally or figuratively)
Derivation: from G3148;
KJV Usage: scourge.

[26] And he that overcometh [the 2nd death, by being born again], and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power [of the Holy Spirit] over the [saved of the] nations:
[27] And he [born again Christians] shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the "[Earthen] VESSELS" of a potter shall they be broken to  SHIVERS: even as I received of my Father.
Our old man, the natural man, the man of sin, is to be made broken to pieces and dead, by the mind of Christ within us.

John 5[28] Marvel not at this, for the hour is coming [after Jesus' death and resurrection, then Pentecost and forward] when all who are in the tombs [of their mortal bodies, living mortal life] will hear his voice.
5[29] And those who have done good [received the Spirit of Christ] will come FORTH TO the resurrection of life [born again], and those who have done evil [rejected the Spirit of Christ] TO THE resurrection of judgment of the second death, [which is to be cast into the lake of fire]. See John 3:18 for those two judgments!!

The unsaved ARE "the walking dead", pun intended. :(

Rev. 20
[10] And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where [on the earth] the beast and the false prophet are, and [he] shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

[14] And death [all mortal life]** and hell [graves] were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

[15] And whosoever was NOT FOUND written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
John 3:18; Rom. 8:9.

**Note: Rev. 21
[4] And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
[Which also means there will be no more mortal births of any kind.]
