It does, and it is. Since "the internet"/A.I. is an accursed thing, devils are integral to its function. So of course "the internet" would be "looking for Christians", and not because it is benevolent.
I know its just algorithms, but you can't produce the Bible, by pouring in texts about the Bible. I mean it is a serious problem that the world wants us to trust something that is fed on the world.
The internet is much more than "just algorithms." It is a tool of Satan, and the majority are addictively chasing the pernicious software/convenience carrot on that wicked stick.
There are several electronic measures that are employed by the internet to exploit your data, your actions, your mind.
A.I. requires accurate data to function properly. It spends a great deal of time sorting garbage data from what it deems useful. Unaware individuals become the baseline for data integrity. Through the use of frequency-empowered nanobots that enter the brain, full brain wave activity can be captured, uploaded to the virtual you in the cloud and remotely modulated.
Aware individuals are most likely targeted to reduce data pool pollution. Removal of those aware is key to its success. Machine Learning wants free thinkers eliminated... completely. Prepare accordingly. Understand that this is battlefield game theory on steroids.

I do not know how it works so well to the point when you're thinking about it, except that I believe that the programming can both monitor and predict human behavior.

This technology has been in use for some time - tracing, track and
targeting. For example, the following video is old tech; they don't need wires anymore.
A man connected to a machine is able to write Chinese through thoughts alone…and the tech works both ways... standardized brain ports for humans coming soon….
A personal anecdote: Recently, my friend's son went to a local park with his girlfriend. A stranger from the other side of the park began yelling at the son. Long story short, they got into a fight and the son was beaten. His girlfriend and he went home; five minutes later, the son received a text message, asking him if he wanted to add the stranger to his list of contacts.
Do you see how, for example, contact tracing works? The two phones came within a certain proximity to each other, and the connection was made by A.I. The data (e.g. every single thing you've said and every place you've been) is data-banked forever. Everyone that has been near you is now included in your "circle of contacts" - regardless of degree of personal relationship to them. And I have the documentation that explains the process.
