What about david when he killed goliath? That was self defense. David was protecting his people. Also exodus 22:2 “If a thief is caught breaking in at night and is struck a fatal blow, the defender is not guilty of bloodshed”

Too bad, most seated Governors have NOT the Knowledge, Individual States are Sovereign, Individual States, and Citizens thereof; Already HAVE the Right to own and bear arms without anyone’s permission.
And the States HAVE the Right to NULLIFY any Federal “overstepping” the authority of the States.
States Governors wasting the States resources “suing the Fed govt”, which is essentially ASKING the Feds to ALLOW the States to exercise their Rights to own and bear arms”....
FOOLISH to ASK an oppressor IF it’s okay to not be oppressed!
NULLIFY and BOOT the FEDS out of the States.
Close their Offices, Send the Feds back to THEIR JURISDICTION...
Their DISTRICT, 10 square miles, DC.

we are free, moreso than yall are. You seem to think that bad people dont exist. If we didnt have guns for defense, the body count over here would 20x what it is now. Criminals dont care about laws.
