* I lift weights and work out at the gym 3-4 times per week. Looking pretty good, eh? I’m past the days of lifting only paperbacks. *
* I spend more hours sleeping in my living room rocking chair (not a recliner, that’s for people looking for the easy way out) than I do in my bed every night. My mattress is going to outlive me. My rocking chair is doomed to bite the dust before I do. *
* A real event scheduled for July 21 at the Red Mile harness racing track in Lexington, KY. I didn’t have this on my bucket list, but I’m halfway seriously thinking about adding it. I’m not a gambling man but, if I was, I’d put my money on the ostriches. *
* I love ALF! Disappointed when I zoomed in. Probably a nice lady and all, but … *
