Sure…”resident” meaning what?
The TRICKY thing about US Law…is common words (everyday use language) DOES NOT always mean the same from one law to the next.
In other words for some laws an OFFICE may mean PERSON, or EMPLOYEE may only mean Government EMPLOYEE…
AND….how it is “re-defined” for the purpose of any particular LAW…”may NOT notify you IN that particular LAW what it’s re-defined meaning means.” It may be in another Law Book (of which there are 51 + volume's (always adding avg. 600+ Laws Per year!..it may be in an other place in the same Law book, but not THAT law, it may be somewhere in the ten of thousands of Regulations.
And when you have utterly ridiculous 2500 page BILLS they want Passed…
The Dems can JUST DO AS Nancy Pelosi has Literally SAID….(in their Private meeting DEMS Caucus marching orders)…Just VOTE (yes if she say, no if she says )…and they can find out later what it says!
It’s CORRUPT! Having a Bill with MULTIPLE issues…some constitutional …. Some not…
But having to get the “GOOD”, you also have to “GET” the Corrupt.
(And on reflection…historically…Bills introduced ONE issue, on ONE or two sheets of paper that the representatives ACTUALLY read before they voted yea or nay, in representing their constitutes and their state, as they PROMISED BY OATH to DO, according TO the Limits of the Constitution.)
Did you KNOW, by Law there MUST BE a Congressional vote, to CONTINUE funding a war…to CONTINUE engaging in a war?
Have you EVER, been asked, or told your representative, you have had enough…of whatever particular WAR?

Have you never noticed…”KEY” words…that all of a sudden the dems and the Left media so called news repeat the same words 24-7 until they are given a new word to repeat to as nauseam? Or how on the house floor, they may ALL wear the same color, clap, stand, sit, cheer on QUE from Nancy? It’s like watching 3 year olds follow the leader in robotic fashion.
Yes, I got side-tracked…but the POINT BEING…a hand-ful complaining amongst themselves, or “protesting”…. Means NOTHING….THEY ARE Disconnected, and Represent THEMSELVES…not the people that is their best friend on voting day every 2 - 4 years.
Same as IF people do not KNOW GOD…KNOW HIS TRUTH….nor KNOW HOW their government is “supposed” to operate…. bottom line…they will fall for ANYTHING that tickles their ears.
Remember…they control the pen for Laws….and “they have created the Pharisee syndrome” for themselves….
What is OKAY for them…is NOT OKAY for you.
They CAN lie, cheat, confiscate, surprise enter your home, rummage through your papers, your possessions, threaten you, accuse you publically, “leak” to press to pubically tarnish or convict you….be arm guarded 24-7…on and on….and inprison you if you dare to do the same to them. (And FYI…there ARE OVER 5,000 laws specifically that are about arms!)
Regarding a Natural born citizen………and a naturalized citizen……and a citizen…they are NOT all the same things…
Same as a BELIEVER and a Converted Believer are NOT the same things.
In as much AS…Believers can be YOKED with non-believers…and fall under their INFLUENCE….
So also can a “citizen” be YOKED with their foreign parents, their foreign Nation of birth… their foreign ideologies, foreign religions, etc. and attempt to INFLUENCE the REPUBLIC of the United States…

CHANGE…did you notice his endearment for his radical foreign fathers influence? Did you see the hundreds of pages BILL on HEALTH CARE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS passed into LAW?

Aware….professors of law students, professors opinions, Law reviews, Case Law…is PRIME and often used to quote opinions as FACTS…
Bottom line…The US Constitution IS the LAW of the Land….NOT the SCOTUS, NOT law professors, NOT federal judges, NOT Case Law.
To arrive at the MEANING and INTENT of the word, “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN”…requires to KNOW what the FOUNDERS understood that phrase to MEAN…at the time the US Constitution was being ESTABLISHED.
That phrase “natural born citizen”…routinely has it’s history IN Foreign Nations…and through the years, Foreign Nations have routinely modified THE meaning FOR purposes of THEIR NATIONS GOVERNANCE, to include and exclude provisions of who and when it would apply.
US Law makers have routinely, modified and included and excluded clauses for US CITIZENSHIP …. Continually, this person is this person is not…..changing, from administration to administration….
Point being….Citizen IS not the defining FACTOR in the STILL REMAINING constitutional requirement for President and Veep of the United States…
Not MY JOB to research, study, learn FOR YOU when, what, the founders INCLUDED in the US Constitution and WHY….and THE MEANING of the Phrase the founders EXCLUSIVELY USED…natural born citizen and it’s MEANING at the TIME the US Constitution was established, signed, ratified and continues UNDER those SAME conditions, manner and understanding.
What FOREIGN Nations DO, change, include, exclude, is MOOT, is IRRELEVANT, to the Governance of the US, it’s representatives, beholding TO the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND….which IS:

Then you should well know a natural born citizen as understood at the time of the establishment of the US Constitution is a wholly different meaning than citizen…or what other Nations have progressed to include or exclude in the meaning of natural born citizen has zero lawful bearing on US law….and the handy nullification clause….when overstepping Federal reps enact unconstitutional laws.

If ONE citizen witnessed any person camping in a city park cooking a lost dog, a stray dog, a lost cat, a stay cat, pond animal “residents” and reported it…and another reported it….THAT is where the testimony of witnesses would be….And like ANY CRIME….if an official doesn’t SEE it…and the witness can not identify the accused….it flys by the wind. And it doesn’t mean it didn’t occur, nor does it mean everyone in the park was being accused….
The real issue is WHY are the city authorities allowing Illegals to camp in city parks….
which reverts to a failed Federal administration regarding welcoming law breakers to flood the nation and terrorize American citizens.
In the case of the Haitians in Springfield, I don't think they are camping. But they are going in and decapitating the ducks and taking them home to eat. Residents have seen this.
