Mine snore very lightly, thank God! I remember dog-sitting two black labs for friends, myself and Adam (already best friends with Brutus and Samantha , the labs♥) stayed at their house and boy were they loud! I did not know how they ever slept! Glad the ear plugs work :)

I read along time ago in a small booklet titles "There Are No Bad Dogs". It listed several good and or bad characteristics of several breeds. The Cairn was the ONLY that had listed as "none" under the "bad" characteristics! Lol...so I take it from your post, your Cairn did not get the memo?
Like you I have no spouse but, I do have 3 mini schnauzers who keep me amused :) and Jazzy can be a rotten little rascal! I will try to insert their pics...

You nailed her didja? :) Her cuteness and a need for a home are her saving grace. Adam is the only dog I have ever had that seemed human! And you are not the first to say that either, weird, lol. He housebroke within days. He trained very quickly. Got him at 9 weeks and he's EXACTLY what I had wanted for years...God gave him to me as such a blessing - even when I was not following, Him nor did I spend time with Christians
I'm too blessed to be stressed!
I need reconstructive surgery on my empathetic abilities. I said I was a superhero, but how do you make up with someone when you've bombard them with a 6 pack of bourbon, and a whole cheese cake there whole life.

A good bit of it is. I rescued an old Victorian galley dresser that 3 guys were getting ready to throw on a burn pile. Had to paint and distress it because was in too bad of shape to restore. It was half Bondo by the time I fixed and patched, no kidding. Lets see if a pic comes up. Not good at this.

Oh no, she took her dog when she left here that day...thank God for that! Had a mutual friend stop by today and we had a good chat but, will not put it out here and, I might "waffle" in a Private Message :)
