Moriah just a consideration in challenging a "Literal" destruction of a temple in 70AD Jerusalem?
Not too sure what you mean by that. Do you mean that the temple was not literally destroyed in 70 a.d.? I think Jesus was referring to his body being raised from the dead was a spiritual reference to his literal body being then raised. But later, upon his ascension his body became "glorified." But the "literal" temple was destroyed by the Romans in 70 a.d. as judgment upon Jerusalem's rejection of the Messiah.

My belief is that Jesus Christ was speaking of the spiritual destruction of the temple in Jerusalem at his death, and not the physical destruction that took place in 70AD

When Jesus Christ died and gave up the Holy Ghost, the temple in Jerusalem was destroyed in the spiritual, and at the resurrection Jesus Christ became the mediator between God and man, no temple, no holy place, temple destroyed, never to be seen again, not one stone upon another left

Mark 13:2KJV
2 And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Destroy This Temple "His Body" and in 3 days "His Resurrected Glorified Body" replaced the temple in Jerusalem, Jesus Christ Is The Holy Place, and Mediator between man and God the Father

Temple Destroyed, Veil To The Holy Place Torn

Mark 15:37-38KJV
37 And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost.
38 And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom.

I agree for the most part about the "same planned sermon topic each week." I know it exists and have seen it but I would not put all pastors in the same box though. What I do disagree on in our church is the 'Lifeway Bible Studies for Life" Sunday School books that are used as a must do thing. I have also observed that our pastor seemed to have based his sermon on that weeks lesson. Go figure! LOL.

I will also add that I have been to a couple "home Bible study groups" where things not in scripture were prevalent. There are so many different "beliefs" in the body of Christ that one really needs to be absorbed in scripture and seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit to maintain the truths in God's Holy Word.
Yes, there are still some good ones few and far between.

The Lord's true sheep, and shepherds, have been scattered far and wide. Glad you have some good ones in your church.

True. The other sheep are Gentiles grafted in with the circumcision of flesh that abides not un unbelief.

They are not some 'lost tribes' of Israel, that were only lost, until they were taken away to Assyria and destroyed from off the earth.

After that, there were only the lost sheep of Israel called the Jews, that the Redeemer came to, but was rejected.
actually reread your last line . JESUS came to the LOST sheep of israel , THEY HEARD HIM .
Its the ones who rejected him who were not the sheep . As i said you are not of my sheep .
Jesus came to seek the sheep that were pushed away by the horns of the leaders that would not heal the sin bruise and wound .
but rather strengthened the evil by promising them life and pushing away any that would warn against it and not heed it .

Jesus came to seek the sheep
The symbolism of the "sheep" goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden...
Gen 4:2..."Now Abel was a keeper of sheep, and Cain a tiller of the ground.
Gen 4:3...In the course of time Cain brought to the LORD an offering of the fruit of the ground,
Gen 4:4...and Abel brought of the firstlings of his flock and of their fat portions. And the LORD had regard for Abel and his offering,
Gen 4:5...but for Cain and his offering he had no regard...."

I didn't realize that you are one of the authors of Scripture. Where in the Bible does it say that "Jesus came to seek the sheep that were pushed away by the horns of the leaders that would not heal the sin bruise and wound, but rather strengthened the evil by promising them life and pushing away any that would warn against it and not heed it"?

That is a poor answer. As I asked previously, where in the Bible does it say that "Jesus came to seek the sheep that were pushed away by the horns of the leaders that would not heal the sin bruise and wound, but rather strengthened the evil by promising them life and pushing away any that would warn against it and not heed it"?

If it's in Jeremiah, what chapter and verses does it say what you claim?

If it's any of your business, I read the Bible daily. Your holier-than-thou attitude is ridiculous.

Read jeremiah . It will be seen my friend . Just be patient . Read and love it and embrace it all .
You can see areas all over the prophets where it points to Christ .
Feast upon the glorious words of truth and keep in prayer .

Stop the patronizing attitude!

I will not go round-and-round with you on this. For the last time, where in the Bible does it say that "Jesus came to seek the sheep that were pushed away by the horns of the leaders that would not heal the sin bruise and wound, but rather strengthened the evil by promising them life and pushing away any that would warn against it and not heed it"?

If you can't cite the Biblical reference then it's in your imagination only, not in Scripture.

That was exactly what the leaders were doing . It says exactly what they were doing in Jeremiah
then IT speaks of a SHEPARD who seek OUT the SHEEP that were lost , pushed away .
I think its in the chapters around twenty to thirty . But not for sure . I will try and find it .
In the mean time be encouraged and read it as well . Its so lovely to just read that bible over and over and over again .

Prophets and shepherds of the flock: Hebrews 1:1-2

Jeremiah 23:1-2 Woe betide those shepherds who let My flock be scattered and lost. You have not watched over them, but I am watching you to punish you for your misdeeds.
James 3:1, Ezekiel 34:7-10, Jeremiah 16:17, Jeremiah 10:21

Jeremiah 23:3-4 I, Myself will gather the remnant of My sheep from all the lands to which I have dispersed them. I shall bring them back to their own Land, where they will be fruitful and increase. I will appoint shepherds, who will tend them and they will live in peace and security. Ezekiel 34:11-16, Isaiah 35:1-10, Romans 9:24-26

This is the second Exodus, the gathering and resettling of those of His Christian people who are protected during this forthcoming fire judgement. The Lord will raise up righteous leaders for them. The Land will be fruitful and He will protect them from enemies.
Ezekiel 36:8, Ezekiel 38:8b-9, Zechariah 10:8-10

Jeremiah 23:5-6 The days are coming when a Righteous Branch will come from David’s line, a wise King, who will maintain justice. Judah and Israel will be kept safe and will live undisturbed in the Land.
The ‘days are coming’
, verses 5-6 refer to a later period, the Millennium reign of Jesus.

Jeremiah 23:7-8 Therefore, the time is coming when people will no longer praise the Lord for bringing His people out of Egypt, but praise Him for gathering the descendants of the Israelites back from all the lands where He had dispersed them. They will again live on their own soil.
Therefore the time is coming’ means – therefore, before the Millennium the Lord will instigate the return of His people into their rightful inheritance. The descendants of the ten Northern tribes, plus those grafted in. Ezekiel 20:34

Jeremiah 23:9-15 Of the prophets: I am weak because of the Lord’s Holy Words. For now, the Land is full of godless people, prophet and priest alike are godless and I see their evil deeds. I see things most horrible, adulterers and hypocrites, to Me all the inhabitants of Jerusalem are like Sodom and Gomorrah. Therefore, I shall bring disaster upon them on the Day of Reckoning.
Ezekiel 21:1-7, Zephaniah 1:14-18, Jeremiah 14:14-16, Jeremiah 10:13-14, Isaiah 22:14, + The entire Middle East will be virtually depopulated. Only a remnant of faithful Jews will survive by hiding underground. Isaiah 29:1-4, Romans 9:27

Jeremiah 23:16-17 Do not listen to what the so called prophets say, those who buoy you up with false hopes and give voice to their own fancies. It is not the Lord’s Words that they speak. They say to all who follow their false teachings: prosperity will be yours and no harm will befall you.
Prosperity theology and rapture theories are the fancies and mistaken beliefs of many Christians today.
Isaiah 50:10-11, Ezekiel 13:1-16, Jeremiah 6:13-15

Jeremiah 23:18 For which of them have stood in the counsel of the Lord and received His Word and taken heed of it, with obedience? Psalm 74:9
A serious indictment against those end time preachers, scholars and authors, who fail to properly discern and understand the prophetic Word, yet they promulgate and make money from their own theories, ideas and incorrect teachings. Psalms 50:16-19, Isaiah 30:10, Micah 3:5-7

Jeremiah 23:19 See what a scorching wind goes out from the Lord, a furious whirlwind, that whirls around the heads of the wicked. A ‘scorching wind, a furious whirlwind’, is another description that fits a coronal mass ejection, the fire judgement that the Lord will use on His Day of vengeance and wrath. Psalms 18:7-18, Malachi 4:1

Jeremiah 23:20 The Lord’s anger will not be turned aside until He has fully accomplished His purposes. In days to come, you will truly understand. Hosea 14:9, 2 Peter 1:19

Jeremiah 23:21-22 I did not send these prophets, yet they go out with a message that is false. If only they proclaim My true message to My people and turn them from their evil ways!

Jeremiah 23:23-24 Am I a God near at hand only – do I not fill heaven and earth? Can anyone hide in some secret place and I not see them? Amos 9:1

Jeremiah 23:25-40…An indictment upon false teachers and prophets. Jeremiah 5:30-31, James 3:1
....I shall inflict upon you, [false prophets and teachers] endless reproach, endless shame, that will never be forgotten.

Deuteronomy 32:28-29 You are a people devoid of understanding. If only you had the wisdom to discern what your end will be!
Ref: REBible, some verses abridged.

Read jeremiah . It will be seen my friend
Actually the quote you want is in Ezekiel 34.
Ezekiel 34:1-10 ....Prophesy to the shepherds of My people: Woe betide you, you do the outward requirements, but you do not feed My sheep. [With the truths of scripture. Jeremiah 14:14-15]
My people are scattered abroad, with no one to find them or help them. I shall dismiss those useless shepherds and will rescue My faithful people from them.

Ezekiel 34:11-31 For the Lord says: “Now I will take thought for My sheep [every true Christian, Rev 5:9-10] and search for them”. As a shepherd gathers his flock when they are lost, so I shall rescue them from all the places that they were scattered in a Day of cloud and darkness. I shall lead them out from the nations and gather them from all the places where they were scattered and bring them home to their own country.”
The pasture for My people is the Land of Israel. They will thrive and find rest there. I shall search for the lost, bandage the injured, strengthen the sick and give My flock the proper food.

Now, I shall judge between the fat sheep and the lean. You rams and goats, [bad leaders] push aside the weak, butt them with your horns and have taken the best pastures and muddied the drinking water. Therefore I will save My flock and they will be ravaged no more.
Zephaniah 3:1-8

I shall set over them My servant David he will care for them and will be their God. I shall make a covenant with them to ensure peace and prosperity. The Land will bear great crops of fruit and produce. When I rescue them from the power of their enemies, then they will know that I am the Lord.

Then they will know that I am with them and they are My people. You are My flock, that I feed and I am your God. John 10:1-27, Isaiah 62:1-5, Hosea 3:1-5

His Christian people found and rescued from wherever they are after the ‘Day of cloud and darkness” - another description of the Lord’s Day of vengeance and fiery wrath. They are brought home to their heritage, the holy Land. Ephesians 1:11, Acts 3:25, Romans 9:24-26
All of His people, no matter what their health or age, will thrive and find rest. But first, they will be judged and those priests and leaders who have led their flock astray will not enter the Land. Jeremiah 14:14-16, Ezekiel 20:34-38

When His faithful Christian people are rescued – then they will know that; “I am with them and you are My people”. Not yet as a visible Presence, until the Return of Jesus.

As I quoted in #193.
What God is plainly saying to us is; those who teach and preach false theories and wrong doctrines, will be severely punished on the Day of Judgment. Jeremiah 23:11-12

It will be very unpleasant for all those people who have promoted theories and ideas which do not have proper Bible support. At the very least, those who have believed in false teachings, will lose any rewards and will only just get into the Kingdom. 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 .....but only by passing thru fire.

Satan comes as an angel of light using scripture to promote false teachings.
Nonsense!
It is people who twist and misinterpret scripture to suit their own ideas, to what they think God should do for them.
Satan just sits back and laughs.

There is going to be a sudden and very shocking change to our present way of life. God has told us all about it, but those who hold to false teachings are blinded to it. Ephesians 4:18
It isn't too late yet, there is still time; however short, to carefully read what God actually does plan to do and to know what we must do during the forthcoming end times. Isaiah 51:4-8
