Studying Genesis

Hello and blessings to all. I chatted with a pastor friend a few weeks ago and he encouraged me to read Genesis. So now I'm thinking of doing an in depth study on the book. If anyone has any resources or can link me to a helpful teacher or YT videos, that would be much appreciated.

Try reading Genesis chapter 1 with John's Gospel chapter 1, which are quite similar in some ways... :)

Just a little clue here...

Genesis 1 has another layer in it that will not be understood until you have studied just about all your Bible chapter by chapter. For example, Genesis 1 does not cover details about Satan's original rebellion, but other Books in God's Word do. And Satan's original rebellion in coveting God's Throne happened long before God created man.
