May by the grace of God this salvation come swiftly, for the sake of the Children of Israel, for the sake of humanity.

Zechariah 9

1 A prophecy: The word of the Lord is against the land of Hadrak
and will come to rest on Damascus—
for the eyes of all people and all the tribes of Israel
are on the Lord.
2 and on Hamath too, which borders on it,
and on Tyre and Sidon, though they are very skillful.
3 Tyre has built herself a stronghold;
she has heaped up silver like dust,
and gold like the dirt of the streets.
4 But the Lord will take away her possessions
and destroy her power on the sea,
and she will be consumed by fire.
5 Ashkelon will see it and fear;
Gaza will writhe in agony,
and Ekron too, for her hope will wither.
Gaza will lose her king…. Never again will an oppressor overrun my people,
for now I am keeping watch.

Now I will grant that chapter 9 comes before chapter 13....

But your chapter of choice comes after chapter 11 where someone has asked

So unless you have been given a gift of interpreting prophesy... which does not seem to be the case....

You posted verses from Zec 9. The prophesy is not fulfilled and Israel is not saved yet. You were wrong.

As for Zec 11 that also ends in the future.

And the Lord said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.

For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that standeth still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.

Earlier in the chapter when ot was talking about a covenant being broken it was about His first coming, and Judas etc

His grace for Israel will only come after they believe. Till then, this is better advice from God

That was in the days before the captivity when Israel was backslidden. They were to have to go through a time of suffering and purging. Israel today must go through the tribulation or time of Jacob's trouble in a similar way. We can pray they turn to Gad and believe. Don't pray for their civilian killing bombs to prosper.

Why does Dad get crazier with each post?

In one house invaded.....the baby was put into the oven and baked alive. The parents killed. The Mom's head decapitated and thrown away from the body.

However, the one fundamental shared concept seems to be quite similar, that the world is a spiritual battle zone, which is why it looks that way. Why does it have to be God in control of everything when the whole world from every culture since the beginning of man has spoken about gods, angels, demons, and Satan? Even the Buddha speak about the realm of angry spirits. This the invisible society of spirits do seem to be behind much that occurs in the physical world. We are often told that people suffer because they deserve it. And we seem to be able to go into great explanations expressing a confidence in God's absolute sovereignty, defined here as control, that seems to provide many believers with a great deal of security. We teach in our churches that everything is under God's control, and thereby everything is proceeding as divinely planned, and that somehow it all fits together.
