Since more children and people have been killed by Israel than in the terrorist attack, should they stop?

The lesson is do not blow up families and pretend God is with you
Wrong. God himself has ordered the complete destruction of every man, woman, child and baby when the situation called for it AND punished those who failed to impose his EXACTING standard.

No. Sometimes military fights military rather than sit there blowing up apartment buildings like in a video game. No?
Sometimes? Civilians have been the primary targets of every war until AFTER WWII.

Do you think America in 1943 would not blow up apartment buildings in Germany or Japan if it meant the immediate end to the war? You are not being serious.

Israel’s government showed US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and NATO defence ministers graphic images of dead children and civilians, saying they were killed by Palestinian group Hamas as it builds support for its response.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office also released on social media a picture of a dead infant in a pool of blood and the charred body of a child, part of an apparent effort to stoke global anger against the Gaza militants over last Saturday’s attack.

Blinken, who flew into Tel Aviv Thursday, told reporters he was shown photographs and videos of a baby riddled with bullets, soldiers beheaded and young people burned alive in their cars or hideaways.

“It’s simply depravity in the worst imaginable way,” Blinken told a news briefing. “Images are worth a thousand words. These images may be worth a million.”
Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant played a video to his counterparts at NATO’s Brussels headquarters that he said showed horrific scenes from the surprise Hamas attack.

Then war is bad. Right?

Are you still struggling with realizing the terrorists were evil? That is no reason for us to be evil also

I don't. But there is evil and there is extreme wicked evil. When you cut off water and food and attack convoys of people and apartments it falls in the latter category. Yet some preachers justify this.
cuting off water and food does make sense --- maybe people on their side will tell them to stop!!! The rest is an unfortnate part of war.

No, sorry. He will only plant them after they accept Jesus in the end. Israel is in for severe judgment.

15 I will plant them in their land, And no longer shall they be pulled up From the land I have given them," Says the LORD your God.

Israel is back to stay!
The quote above yours tells us he is also anti-biblical scriptures. Those clearly state Israel is the land God gave the Jews.

His advancement of Hamas rhetoric perpetuates terrorism against Israel. And their babies and children,of course.

What he and Hamas don't realize is,even the Quran says the same thing.

... the foundation text of Islam, in fact, recognises the special link between the Jewish people and the Land of Israel. “You will find very clearly,” says Sheikh Dr Muhammad Al-Husseini, “that the traditional commentators from the eighth and ninth century onwards have uniformly interpreted the Koran to say explicitly that Eretz Yisrael has been given by God to the Jewish people as a perpetual covenant. There is no Islamic counterclaim to the Land anywhere in the traditional corpus of commentary.”

Then why kill the children?
Both sides are guilty of that. While in NAM, I gave a standing order to injure, not kill. It takes 3 or more others to remove one from the battlefield. We would approach them, remove weapons and communication, treat their wounds, put them in shade leave food and water. At the nearest well travel path or road, use rocks to make an arrow along with distance in clicks. I met many from their side decades later, after they became US Citizens. I have some dirt roads named after me. Last name is Marsh. They are lenght of driveway and end at swamps or marshs.

You're spiraling into straw man nirvana here.

Civil governments have a responsibility to protect their citizens. Even though mistakes will surely be made, this responsibility is God-ordained.

Hamas is not going to lay down their arms to the preaching of Christ from Netanyahu.

I prayed and fasted today for peace and safety in Israel and, by extension, the world. I'll be sending funds for aid to the afflicted. It seems like a sensible response.

The bombing may prove to be nothing compared to the humanitarian disaster that seems inevitable, barring a miracle of God.

Praying and giving might be a better investment in time, effort, and means than urging pacifist ideology on folks who are not interested.

.
The total number of Christians killed for their faith decreased slightly from 5,898 recorded cases (WWL 2022) to 5,621 (WWL 2023) - the clear exception being Sub-Saharan Africa, as outlined above. The total number of Christians abducted for faith-related reasons increased from 3,829 recorded cases (WWL 2022) to 5,259 (WWL 2023).

There has been promotion of greater tolerance in a number of Middle Eastern countries, including Bahrain (55 points) and the UAE (62 points), and also in Egypt (68 points). Unfortunately, state persecution of converts from Islam to Christianity continued unabated in Egypt. Qatar (68 points, down from 74) also has a lower persecution score this year. This was caused by the fact that no additional churches were forced to close in the WWL 2023 reporting period. However, many churches closed in the previous reporting period remained shut.

But Big Concerns

Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) faces a vast humanitarian catastrophe, as a wave of religiously motivated violence nurtured in Nigeria (7) has swept across the region, targeting Christian populations at an alarming rate in countries like Burkina Faso (23), Cameroon (45), Mali (17) and Niger (28). Signs of jihadist expansion are also clearly visible in Mozambique (32), Congo DR (37) and other countries.

This is the disturbing finding of Open Doors’ 2023 World Watch List (WWL). The WWL ranks the nations where Christians face the most severe persecution and discrimination.

m
ore than 5,600 Christians were killed for their faith last year. More than 2,100 churches were attacked or closed.

More than 124,000 Christians were forcibly displaced from their homes because of their faith, and almost 15,000 became refugees.

Sub-Saharan Africa—the epicenter of global Christianity—is now also the epicenter of violence against Christians, as Islamist extremism has spread well beyond Nigeria.

Last year, 5,621 Christians were murdered, 2,110 churches were attacked, and 4,542 Christians were detained because of reasons related to their faith.

So why kill them?
Because Hamas hides behind their little bodies.

Any thoughts about the children Hamas murdered? The babies they beheaded?

Why kill children? It's an age old practice in war actually.

If you kill the future enemy when they're sucklings, infants, and children, you won't have an enemy to contend with in the future.

Which is why adults are also killed, men and women.Because they give life to those future enemies should they grow up.
