I remember those days Brother, when my children were as young as yours, they were always going down with something, many a sleepless night I had with all 3 of them...they are all grown now and have children of their own, they as parents are now experiencing with their own children, what I experienced with them....trust in God that Salome will get over this nasty fever and cough..In Jesus Name..Amen!
